Service is amazing. Customer service is great. I be feeling like family here. All the barbers are good at what they do. I always get compliments on my haircut. They take there time. And they go the extra mile. These new barbers they don't go the extra mile in order to maintain customers. So this is why I keep coming back.

I recently moved to Georgia from New York and was looking for a new barber for my son. I had read positive reviews about this barbershop, so I decided to give it a try. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. When I arrived at the barbershop, I was greeted by a lack of warmth and assistance. The barber simply told me to sign my name and wait for my name to be called. I was then approached by a different barber who seemed disinterested in my request. I showed him a picture of how I wanted my son’s haircut, but he ignored everything I said and even put on headphones to block me out. When I finally managed to get his attention, he asked me if he could do that hairstyle. I explained that I wanted it done a certain way, but he just said, “I try my best, not listening to what I have to say.” As a result, my son’s haircut turned out uneven and I didn’t like it at all. The poor customer service I received at this barbershop was unacceptable. I won’t be going back.

Great place for haircut, all the barbers are very experienced and detailed. I have been coming here for many years. Hector it’s amazing and can cut all type of styles of hair cuts.

I have been going to this place for over 5 years. My son who is 17 now, doesn’t want to go anywhere but here as well. I am very happy with the service. It takes a while to get through specially if you are waiting for your specific stylist.

I’ve been coming to the Marietta location for a few years now and even tho my barber is Rolphy, I’ve gotten cuts by Pancho, the owner, Churri, Chino & Ray and have never been disappointed. I used to bring my dad with me before he passed and he chatted it up with everyone. I drive all the way from downtown up here because I KNOW I’m gonna get the best cut!!

Barber hit home Run with my sons hair cut. He seem to be the only Mexican Barber there. Sorry forgot his name but his about 5"8 slim guy, on right side of cutting areas.

I am writing this review from the dermatologist's office, which should tell you everything you need to know. This place is a serious health hazard. There was a total lack of hygiene; the chairs were covered in hair, but the real issue was the tools. They did not clean or spray the clippers at all before using them on me. The razor used for my lineup was just wiped on a dirty towel—I did not see a new blade unwrapped or any sterilization. Predictably, I developed a terrible, painful rash that my dermatologist confirmed was folliculitis, a bacterial infection directly caused by their filthy, unhygienic equipment. I now have to pay for antibiotics and treatment. This isn't just a bad haircut; it's a public safety issue. DO NOT GO HERE. Save yourself the pain and the medical bills.

Dope Barbershop the guys get straight to business and the cuts are always on point. You get a hot towel, razor and quick lil shoulder massage with the cut too. Been coming here for about 4/5 years now. Ask for Victor, but any one of the barbers will get you right.
