Terrible service. Brought my mentally ill son in there to get a line up and the guy messed up his hair line. And left in the middle of him cutting to go outside and was talking to other people and barbers in the shop. What should’ve took a few minutes took over 30 minutes. My son is a Latino man so maybe they don’t know how to cut that type of hair but they sure do know how to be rude and unprofessional. How do you mess up a line up!

When you drop in on someone with an unexpected and unusual request sometimes it doesn't go well. Fortunately, this was no the case and after verifying the service was handle without further hesitation. Appreciated!!

My son got his first haircut last night. When we washed the "black enhancements" out we noticed he has 4 cuts from the razor plus the design he asked for looks horrendous. The barber who cut his hair did a terrible job which is unacceptable for professionals especially with the price we paid.

My family loves this barbershop. The haircuts are always on point! Great family environment! The barbers are respectful and genuinely care about their clients. Clients are serviced in a timely manner! Best barbershop in Gwinnett County!

Jeremiah is late all the time, even when having an appointment! He is aggressive. He is not friendly with children. Pushes their head around while cutting. Has no patience. Rude to parents and will cancel you as a client at the drop of a dime. Needs to work on professionalism!

1st time here and new to town and I feel lucky to have found my new barber shop so fast. Shawn was very professional and had an extremely high attention to detail for my cut and beard line up and an amazing price. Shop was very busy but clean and welcoming. It was worth the wait. I will be back and reccomend this location. Bring cash and make sure to tip.

Took my 15 yr old son to the barber, he received very professional service and an excellent haircut from Scottie who is very skilled. I am very pleased with the end result and so is my son.
