I’ve been to this barbershop twice within the past week, and both experiences have been wonderful. The first time, I brought my 85-year-old father in for a haircut. The barber was so patient, courteous, and did an excellent job—my father looked great. The second visit, I brought my 4-year-old son who is autistic and nonverbal. I was nervous he might have a hard time, but the barber was incredibly welcoming and kind. To my surprise, my son happily hopped in the chair, smiled the whole time, and got his lineup like a big boy. The barber made him feel comfortable, and he did such a fantastic job—my little one looks so handsome! Thank you so much for taking such good care of both my father and my son. Your patience, professionalism, and kindness truly mean a lot to me and my family.

Horrible customer service! Went in here to son's hair cut. The guy inside was doing absolutely nothing. He told us to wait while he stood and talked to a woman about absolutely bullcrap so after ten minutes we walked out. Disgusting way to treat people. You should be ashamed and that's not how you run a business. Good luck!

Started off great , but the quality of my son’s haircut slowly got worse as I kept bringing son to this shop, barber Vu. The last straw was I got son’s haircut for back to school . I dropped my son off but stayed in car to finish up a work call . After about 30 minutes my son returns to car and when I saw him I couldn’t believe my eyes. My son’s hair looked as if he never sat in the barber’s chair . But when I looked close , I saw that he only had the sides of his hair cut.. NOTHING else was done with his hair . So basically, the barber just picked out son’s sides and faded cut them . Nothing else . No lineup , no doing the rest of the hair like picking out , adding products etc . The worst part , the barber still charged full price $25 !! The sad part we had somewhere to go and I was thinking it was a great idea to get haircut before so son could look nice but unfortunately we had to stop back home so I could do something to his hair so he looks presentable . This is very unacceptable especially after paying $25 for a 12 yr old haircut that only took barber maybe 5 minutes to do ! Will not be returning! Found a better barber now that cares and has been consistently good which my son is happy and smiling when he gets out of the barber chair now !

This place is top notch. Steven did hands down one hell of a job. It's always nerve-wracking when you need a new barber or looking for a new barber. But if you end up in the same shoes I was in looking for a barber hands down. Highly recommend this place.

I don’t understand how this barbershop has this many good reviews. Took my son here on a whim and 3 barbers later, I got the haircut I wanted for him - which I showed the barber a photo of prior to starting. He reassured me that he can do that haircut, therefore, I trusted him. Literally has been cutting my sons hair for 1.5 hours. At this point, I have another appointment to get to. The initial barber tells me “it’s not my fault”. I’m not blame shifting. If I show you a photo and you tell me you can do this haircut - I expect that haircut. Who tells the customer “it’s not my fault” when you can’t deliver on a photo shown to you prior to the start of the haircut - YOU’RE THE BARBER. To me, it seemed like the first guy was inexperienced and still learning - which is fine. Tell me that, and I as the customer, can decide if I want to proceed with your services or not. The young barber who finally corrected the previous barbers error is awesome. Wish I got his name.

My son and I came to Georgia from New York and needed a cut. Saw the reviews and pics of the cuts on Google I came here right away. Made a mistake of walking in without calling, and ended up waiting about an hour and a half (seeing everyone's great haircuts was great incentive to wait). I started getting a little salty seeing other people getting their haircuts before me, but they were wise enough to schedule appointments beforehand. I expressed my wait time issue with Mr. Ty (management) and he very politely informed me of the wait process here. After thoroughly apologizing for the wait, he guaranteed we will be the next ones to get cut, which we were. He then offered to discount our haircuts for the wait, but I had to pay full price with tips because of the quality of work that was done. Even if you have to wait, it is well worth it. Mr. Ty has one of the best understandings of how to treat people and every barber's passion shows in the quality of the cuts comming out this place. I wish this barbershop the best. Comfy waiting area and good tunes as well. The best barbershop I have ever been to!

Stephen is NICE!! He cut my hair 3 times so far. Always on time for appointments. Hairline is super sharp. Clippers are delicate on my line up, no cuts. Shop is very clean.

Very trusting and talented barbers! Highly recommended! I had a very bad experience at a barber shop so i was very nervous to go back to one, but the babers at Manhyia Palace made me feel very welcome and comfortable. And my hair looks amazing!! Love these guy thank you!

This is a very good barbershop to get your haircut. My experience at this shop is always great. Va the owner is very professional and try to make each and everyone feel comfortable when u come in. This the best barbershop i have ever been to in Georgia.
