I think it was a new barber but got a cut looked nothing like the picture a burst fade to high go for your regular barber

We came to Georgia to visit a family who recommended “Dominican Barber Shop”. They took good care of me and my two boys. Excellent job!

I took my 15 year old son here 3/3/24 he has twist and just needed a low fade on sides and back. He even showed barber pictures of how he wanted. Barber did the exact opposite of what he requested. Cut is uneven and even required another barber to come try to fix what was messed up. Cut that should have taken 20 min took over an hour. I will never bring my son back this was the worst experience and now I have to deal with an upset teenager for the next few weeks until his hair grows back again to get the cut the way he wanted

My husbands and two sons just got their haircut. The person who cut their hair was absolutely mean. He was pretty aggressive with the kids… I understand that kids are difficult to deal with at time but he was getting agitated and it showed. The end result was okay, but he charged $30 for a 4 yr and 6 yr. He was on the phone with his airpod during the haircut which I thought was unprofessional. He cut my husband’s in 25 mins and it turned out to be a buzz cut. The result is horrible, I don’t think he have a care about his customer or the results. I saw the other barbers and their haircut was a lot better and I was amazed with the artistry but this barber in particular did a terrible job. I am so disappointed, he didn’t care to listen to his customers. I understand that is hair and it will grow back. But paying for a product that is equivalent of going to Sports clip . Edit: we came back and the other barbers fixed the hair… I was grateful for their service and attempt to help. His hair should grow back out in 6 months. Although the results were bad but the service was good.
