Lamont Snead is an excellent 💈 Barber. I have been looking for a good Barber for about 18 months, after having my hair cut by Lamont I'm very happy. The shop is very clean, has a comfortable atmosphere, good music and all of the Barbers are very personable and respectful of their female clientele. I’ve been to the shop and had a haircut from one of the barbers in the very back on the left. He did an ok job on my hair and my sons hair. However, he had good customer service skills. I’ve only had two haircuts from the shop before and was trying to find a new shop since I moved from Fayetteville. I looked on google Monday and went to the shop. He was not there and I was told he will be there on Tuesday. I called the shop, and asked to speak with him. No customer service skills at all. I was calling to get a haircut for my son. When I stated the nature of my call he immediately asked “is your son bad”? I said what? And he tried going into detail of what he meant. When we went past that, I asked will he be at the shop around 3. He said he would possibly. I went by anyway since I pass through the area all the time and was prepared for another barber. I get there no greeting, signed the sign in sheet and no one said anything. Minutes passed by and then JD comes out. I explain what hair cut I wanted my son to get. I said to to fade the sides and the back down low and to keep the dark top. I then said the shadow fade and he looked as if he was confused on when I explained the haircut and gave the details, implied that I was hostile on the phone when I called him earlier and then it turned out that he didn’t like anyone calling the shop phone instead of his phone which makes no sense since it’s listed on line and him working in the shop. My 6 year old son moved to get some hair out of his ear and he tried telling him to go ahead and get all the shaking out your system and moving. He has no patience with kids or customer service. I’m big on customer service and pay for customer services. Would not recommend if you are looking for customer service family oriented setting.

Fresh is our barber at Supreme Cuts. He is the Best!! I've never had any issues, regarding quality of work, availability, professionalism, or customer service. He goes above and beyond to insure a satisfactory experience as he takes pride in his work. I have and will continue to refer him to anyone in need of a barber. Plus, he's just an all around good guy. Thanks Fresh for all you do!!!

My Fiance had is hair cut by a very unprofessional, hungover (the "barber" admitted), and unseasoned "barber" (using the term very loosely). Just moving to the area, my clippers were still packed away and my Fiance needed a quick haircut. It was a younger man whom was the "barber". He was told specifically to not push my Fiance's hairline back. Guess what he did? Just that. This same "barber" also didn't l even cut the line up even. The "barber" had the audacity to embarrass my Fiance by stating, "You look goofy" to his face with customers in the building. Being a licensed Instructor, I approached the man and asked him where his multipurpose comb was. He had no idea what I was referring to. Once I showed him what that specific comb was, I also showed him how crooked the line up was. That's when his smirk went away. It took another older Barber stepping in to rescue the cut as best could be done. Took a month to fix this "haircut". What an embarrassment on the establishment. Deserves no stars because of unprofessionalism, underqualifications, and lack of proper training of a basic haircut.

The first time i have been to a barbershop in 10 years. I got with the barber "Fame the barber" and that man is the truth. Great conversation, professional, and efficient. I will definitely be back every other week for this cut. GW

Dope barbershop... good culture, good laughs, great barbers. Every barber in the shop cuts extremely well. “Fresh” truly honors the title “Master Barber” with every cut. He is very meticulous and intentional about making his cuts stand out. Fresh is a very wise and skilled barber ...with his attention to detail, he will make sure that when you get out of the chair, you feel great about the cut you just received ... overall an elite barbershop.

Been going to this barbershop off and on since 2013 and its always been a good experience. Fresh is always professional and is one of the best barbers I've ever met. If you want to look your best and stand out from the rest ask for Fresh!

Fresh cut my children hair for the 1st time and I absolutely loved all of the cuts ! He takes his time and makes you feel welcomed ! I definitely like the appointments idea!!!! You can tell he loves what he does !!!! Go see Fresh ASAP if you want some real real nice !!!! Im definitely going back !!!!!

Supreme Cuts has ample seating, good music, and personable barbers. They love the kids too. I make sure I hit up the shop every two weeks for a hook-up cause when your barber's name is Fresh, your haircuts are too! Check him out; he's the third chair on the right. #Freshcuts #staystyling

The shop has a great feel all around. Fresh gives me and me 2 boys a great cut every time. He differently has the experience and he can deliver on your look. So stop by and ask for Fresh he will get you right guy everytime.
