We randomly showed up here due to our normal guy being sick, we WILL be back! Rick and DonP made my boy feel right at home and had him laughing the entire time! Every human in this shop was so nice and accommodating! Will 100% recommend and be back!

I called and inquired about a kids haircut , and I said your reviews are very conflicting, she “said different people could be getting different things and the price would vary, it’s 35-$45..” I am specifically, looking at kids haircuts in the reviews.. usually a barber shop has “kids prices” so that’s dumb.. i asked again , and this time said he’s under 10.. it’s a kid cut , I’m seeing 30-35$ in the reviews. Still absurd , her response was “everyone different it depends on who chair you sit in..” what? ITS A KID HAIR CUT! Making up prices is a flag. Is it 30 or is it $45 smh Either way you’ve lost your mind, no one paying more then $25 on purpose for a kid cut

I’ve been going to First Impressions Barbershop for a few months now and it’s been consistently great. Big Rick is professional, friendly, and always delivers a sharp cut. Clean shop, great vibe. Highly recommend.

When visiting a barbershop, the expectation is a professional environment where you can simply get a haircut and leave. My first impression of this shop was a lack of professionalism among several barbers. There was a strong odor of marijuana coming from one barber, and the barber who cut my hair spoke very negatively about another barber, which was inappropriate. While the haircut itself was decent, the overall environment was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Barbershops should feel welcoming and safe, but this experience did not meet that standard. Based on what I observed and heard, this establishment should be investigated. I will not be returning.

Greetings everyone. I have been a weekly customer with this barber (Tony) for years. The way he cuts my hair, the way he accommodates my schedule, and very professional. He does an excellent job. This barber has several locations because his reputation is widely known. I certainly recommend him to anyone. Thank you.

My 10 year old got a haircut by a barber named Frankie. My oldest son was with him. This barber charged my 10 year old $35!!!! He only got a low tapered fade on sides and back. My youngest son gave this man $40!! I immediately called the barbershop and asked to speak to a manager. Manager wasn’t there and the guy I was speaking with ended up being the barber who cut his hair. I asked why was a 10 yr old haircut $40. He said it wasn’t. I asked him how much is a child’s haircut he said it depends between 30-35. I said how much was my son’s haircut he said $30, 35. I said which is it? $30 or $35?? He said $35. Ridiculous! This is Hiram not Atlanta are we ok? And my 10 year old gave him a $5 tip. He didn’t ask my son who was there with him if that was ok. I don’t mind spending money but when you try to take advantage of people, are greedy and lowdown, it always will come back to you. They never have to worry about my business ever again.

I’ve been coming to this barbershop for a while, and it’s always a great experience. The staff are friendly, professional, and really take their time to make sure you leave happy. The shop is clean, the vibe is relaxed, and the fades are always on point. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed and downright furious after our visit. The staff was rough with my child and showed almost no patience, making the haircut a nightmare rather than a quick kid session. Charging $40 for a kid’s cut is insulting for the service we received. The clippers and tools looked dirty, and the overall treatment felt like we were an inconvenience. We’ll never return and would not recommend this to any family. WORST BARBER PLACE!!
