Today my first time in this particular shop and the experience was amazing! Everyone was professional, but yet down to earth. Anwar is now my personal barber. I haven't had a descent haircut in months and haven't had great haircut in years. He gave an excellent haircut! No rushing and completely understood the assignment!

It doesn’t make sense they charge more if you want to Cash app them the money I would not recommend this place. The haircuts are decent but not for the price. We need the $30 haircuts back.

MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU PAYING BEFORE YOU SIT DOWN KAUSE THEY WILL TELL YOU 1 THING ON THE PHONE BUT IT BE HIGHER ONCE THEY DO IT ... AN PLEASE MAKE SURE IF YOU DO GO YOU GET A EXPERIENCED BARBER KAUSE I ENDED UP WITH A BEGINNER LOL ... LIKE SERIOUSLY HE PUT SIDES ON MY HEAD TO HELP HIM DO HIS SHAPE UPS ... I had to speak at a conference and needed a fresh cut in a hurry. Red gave me an appointment and within the hour he hooked me up with a neat, professional cut. He is also a very professional in his appearance and demeanor

One of the worst experience I've ever received at a barbershop! For starter the second barber to the right light skinned with dreads very unprofessional ,untimely and his work get a "F" for kids haircuts. My Sons hairline is crooked and pushed back and there's no way a barber can recover from a bad haircut, and plus he's very unprofessional and rude and take hours just on one pre teen kid head! Please do research on barbers in this barbershop who can do what and who can't because it's a big difference! I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this particular barber, if he's there long because of his poor barber skills.

My experience at Royal Roots is always a pleasant visit. I make an appointment with the Cut, and I get to sit in Jerrell's chair almost immediately when I walk through the door. If he is running late, he gives me a call. Great customer service and great cut!

POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!! I came in there and sat for 2 hours! After I wait for 2 hours. 2 OF THE BARBERS decided to go outside and have 15 minute smoke break. After that I got in my car a left. The guy seen that I was leaving and the he proceeded to say “oh you can come on” AFTER 2 hours and 15 minutes of waiting. No thank you
