Cache is my favorite barber. He’s been cutting my hair for 10+ years and I’m never disappointed with him and the atmosphere in the shop. I highly recommend him to anyone

In my personal experience, this particular barber shop has not met my expectations in terms of haircutting skills and customer service, leading me to regard it unfavorably. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience I recently had at your establishment. Regrettably, I must say that it fell far below my expectations in several important aspects. Firstly, the haircut I received was not up to par. It was evident that the barber lacked the necessary skills and attention to detail required to provide a satisfactory haircut. The end result left much to be desired, and I found myself dissatisfied with the overall outcome. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect a certain level of expertise and precision when it comes to hair cutting. Moreover, I must address the issue of customer service, which was equally disappointing. The staff members seemed disinterested and did not exhibit the friendliness and professionalism that one would expect in such an establishment. They were neither attentive nor accommodating, leaving me feeling neglected as a customer. As someone who values quality service and a pleasant experience, I must express my discontent with the level of service I received at your barber shop. I believe it is crucial for businesses to continuously strive for excellence, addressing customer concerns and improving their offerings to meet expectations. I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to make necessary improvements. It is my belief that by enhancing the skills and attentiveness of your team, as well as fostering a more customer-centric environment, your establishment can better cater to the needs and expectations of your clientele. Thank you for considering my feedback. I sincerely hope that my negative experience can serve as a catalyst for positive change within your barber shop. Michael M,

Came here as a walk in around 1pm yesterday for starters I wasn’t greeted. Sat there over an hour nobody said nothing I noticed barbers were done cutting their clients hair and chairs were empty but when I look at them they all turned their heads one guy I asked if he could line me up rudely said “going to lunch” continued sitting there until the gentleman came back from lunch to line me up. He rushed through it and completely messed up my hairline. I needed to get a line up because I had a photoshoot later that night at 7 and my regular barber got sick the day of my appointment. I used to come here a lot back in 2017 and they always done a great job let’s just say next time I need to go to another barbershop because my barber is sick they will never be my las resort again!!

Employees are not courteous.Mainly Spanish speaking. If you are not bilingual you are not treated the best. Clippers unclean. Do not sanitized between customers. Use the same capes repeatedly. Heavy handed when cutting hair nicks left on scalp. Gone several time due to open on Sun. Looking for a new place to go. The quality barbers have left.

I just moved to Gwinnett, I was trying to find a new barber out this way. I ask every barber how long was the wait, I was willing to try anybody since this was my first time. I understand people call to set appointments, 4 people walked in way after me was cut. I hate to overthink, is my money not green enough, i left

Bad customer service. My barber was pretty rude. No one greets you when you walk in and literally stare at you. Also, they don't accept any form of payment other than Cash app or actual cash (No credit card / debit card / apple pay) That seems seriously weird to me. They do a decent job cutting your hair.

Freshest hair cut in all of Atlanta. Friendly loyal barbers and a clean place with a cool ambiance. This definitely stands out as a local barbershop. With only $20.00 for a regular men's cut that I would pay 60 for.... It's a solid deal!

I've been to all the Dominican barbershops in Gwinnett and this is by far the WORST ONE! Given that it was a Saturday afternoon I was content with waiting a little while. When I got to the chair, the guy wasn't attentive at all when i told him what i wanted. He rushed through the entire cut, stopped to take a phone call outside, and even began to start eating his lunch before he even finished my head and continued to speed through the cut like I was holding him up. He messed up my beard that i had been growing out for 5 months and had the nerve to charge me $25 for it....definitely wont be back here again!

I've been coming here for the past 3 years now and I love it. The staff is professional and talented, it's kept up with cleanliness and there's always music or some enterplaying in the background. I normally only see Caché since he's my trusted barber, but from what I've seen everyone has large clientele and very talented I'll never go anywhere else. Make sure y'all tip.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I was the second guy in on a Saturday morning, and literally waited 2 hours. After asking if someone would be able to cut my 10 year old kid's hair, I was told " someone will be with you shortly." I then watched additional customers walk in and receive service.. I couldn't believe my eyes. Eventually I walked out and went elsewhere. Another time I walked in and waited for 30 minutes, before being told " We're closed" by barber named Carlos.
