Fairly new little ship in a great location in Decatur. Friendly, warm staff and great haircut with extra little touches. Warm shaving cream, hot towel, mini massage. You definitely feel like your business is appreciated. And open on Sunday!

I moved to Atlanta recently and had a horrible experience in another barbershop! After finding Emory Haircutters, I was afraid of the same experience. But I was wrong! John is the BEST! He is so professional and does EXACTLY what you ask for! If you are looking for someone who knows what to do, I definitely recommend him.

Emory Haircutters is one of the best barber shops in the Southeast, and boasts some of the most capable and skilled barbers in the business. The shop itself is perfectly appointed with ample parking. All of the tools and supplies, from the clippers to the shampoo, are top quality. And most important of all, the barbers are capable, dependable, and knowledgeable. My barber, Dennis, combines the best traits of any barber. He's talkative if you wish to chat or quiet if not. He can replicate exactly the style you want or he can give suggestions based on his years of experience. And best of all, he is trustworthy and creative, treating each client like a friend worthy of the best possible service. To illustrate how much I trust Dennis, when I got married, Dennis handled my haircut and the haircuts of several people in my wedding party and guests as well. He did an incredible job, as always. I highly recommend Emory Haircutters Barber Shop, and especially Dennis.

I have been going to John for my haircuts for well over a decade and never a bad cut. Great to see him with his own space and doing things the way he wants. A low key, high quality men's barber shop! Be sure to make your appointment as they are usually too busy for walk-ins.

John Bond simply is the best. We’ve followed him through various locations over the past 12 years. And finally he’s got his own shop. Congratulations!! If you seek meticulous service, calm presence, attention to detail, world class technique with razor, scissors, blades, quality hair products, John and Mark offer all of that for a fair price. Highly recommended! Note: use the website to book ahead, they are in high demand!

Mark is easy to talk to and always provides a great cut. The price is just slightly higher than Great Clips or Supercuts, but I never have to do touch-ups at home afterwards. I also never feel like I have to wait a week after I get it cut for my hair to look or feel right. The service you are getting is a deal at this price.

Tried this place out after moving to Atlanta and reading the reviews and have been coming back ever since. Mark, the owner, is phenomenal - all the other praise reviews are true - he really pays attention to detail and genuinely cares about giving QUALITY haircuts. What some of the other reviews neglect is that, yes, Mark is awesome, but so are his other hair cutters. My first time here, I had a newer employee and when she needed a little help, Mark took the time to come over and really explain and help train/educate her and made a good haircut great! Since then I've also had a couple others besides Mark, but they've all been fantastic. I can't say enough good things about this place and on top of everything... it's only $17! Incredible.

Mark is a great barber. Every haircut I've received from him has been top notch and I really appreciate the consistency and quality. He's very precise and he's a very genial gentleman which makes the process all the more pleasant.

I just happened upon this Barber Shop after seeing the sign on Clairmont. I've been frequenting barber shops for 25 years and needed a new one after I moved. From the moment I walked in, Mark was responsive and let me know that one customer was ahead of me and the approximate wait time. He had great interaction with the customer before me and continued this service with me. The haircut was fantastic as he paid great attention to detail and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied before I even left the chair. Conversation flowed easily and it felt as if I was talking with someone I had known for a long time. I couldn't be happier with the result and look forward to returning here for all future cuts. If you prefer quality over quantity then this is definitely the place for you. Definitely 5 stars!
