I walked here since it appeared on Google to to be the only barber within walking distance. I was apprehensive due to the negative reviews about the opening and closing times not matching customer experience. However, I found it closed with a lease for sale sign in the window! Sucks! I walked here! And there is NOTHING close by!

Don’t come here on scheduled business hours because it never is open! I came here twice well within business hours; first time I waited over an hour to open on a Saturday, and arrived AS I TYPE at 7:10 pm when it closes at 8 pm now JUST so I can schedule an appointment. Haircuts are okay, but whoever runs this establishment owes the people to be informed and not misinformed!

Waited 1 hour b4 getting in the chair and then 2 barbers finished at the same time I'm the only one waiting for a cut you know they both walked out the door and didn't even acknowledge me stood outside talking trust me I wanted to leave but I have already been a hour so wasn't no since of leaving then. So I waited and waited and I asked the other barbers that was there do you a appointment to get a haircut they both said no so why am I being avoided.that already charging $40 for a haircut but you can't get no service or acknowledge so this will be my 1st and last time coming here good luck in the future

I’m gonna let y’all know now, prepare to be disappointed. First of all their store hours are never correct, they come in whenever they feel like it. I was there right when they were supposed to open but ended up waiting two hours for them to open. Second, prepare to wait for hours for a simple haircut because they spend more time talking to their friends and on their phone rather than actually cutting hair. It’s sad honestly because they have the potential to be great but it seem like nobody wants to actually work or maybe they just don’t care. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

Man I’m still kicking myself for not getting the barber’s name that cut my nephew’s hair! He did an AMAZING JOB❤️ Everyone was nice at this shop. Even though we were a walk in the wait time was less than 20 minutes. The music was also a nice touch. I’m definitely glad I decided to come to this barbershop. We will definitely be returning

Great barbershop! Every barber in there does a good job, is friendly and professional. It has the classic barbershop feel but with modern conveniences like accepting card and Apple Pay and having compressed air and lighting at each station.

Need to change name to SPRAY KINGZ. Everyone I seen in the chair was getting showered with spray for a better lineup. No one says anything to you when you walk in the just stand around and expect you to know who’s available. I called prior to coming to see if they took walk-ins and they said yes. Guy gets out the chair and I’m like who next? Dude tells me they’re booked for the day as if I didn’t just get off the phone with them. Would not recommend at all. Save yourself some time and a hairline… GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

So, I called in the morning, to inquire about a barber who was supposedly working at this location. The guy who answered the phone, didn’t even state his name, just the name of the business. Okay, I decided to continue with the call anyways.....Once I asked about the particular barber, all of a sudden I heard the sound of clippers, and he could no longer hear myself, hmmmmmm...... I was going to inquire if they were any other barbers available, as my boyfriend is looking for a new barber and we wanted to know if we needed to make an appointment or if walkins were acceptable. Did I mention all he wanted was a simple Temp fade; so, nothing extravagant or intricate or any type of designs. He only wanted the temp fade & a lineup of his beard. Also, I wanted to know the current wait time because we would’ve headed to the shop, if there was a short wait time. I mean, it is a Friday after all. However, once the guy stated that he could no longer hear me, there was about 5 seconds of silence and then the call ended. (Btw I have an iPhone & anyone with an iPhone knows if a call is dropped, fails, or if someone in the conversation hangs up/ ends the call). I didn’t even get a chance to ask if HE WAS available today, if we could make an appointment, or if, as I stated, we could do a walk in. Poor customer service & unprofessional. He lost a potential customer. There are too many barbershops in the Atlanta area and surrounding cities. One would think, during these times, one would be more concerned with their overall professionalism and customer service. Especially, as these are the things that contributes to one’s business growth. With so many businesses now just trying to stay afloat, I would expect better, but that was my mistake. I guess I expected better due to the side of town, that the shop is located on, but hey it’s getting closer to Memorial Drive......soooooooo I guess I shouldn’t be surprised 🤷🏾‍♀️ I was not going to call back and hope that I was able to get someone else. Hopefully he’s not the owner. DO NOT patronize, if so Good luck! 😒😑

Attention to detail. I'm always concerned going to a new barber, but based on what I experience and observed ALL the barbers here have pride in their work, and they do pay attention to the small detail. Resulting in neat/tight cuts, proper fades and (from what I saw) happy customers! I'd be confident getting my hair cut by any barber here, fa sure!

Que Sharp carved my face up like a thanksgiving turkey. I was on my way to a job interview so I just wanted to freshen up my tape line and what little facial hair I have. He did fine on my head, but for some reason he just kept digging the edge clippers into my face. I now have two very visible scars on my lip and chin, and I got razor bumps because he didn’t even hit me with aftershave. I told him about it after I put some on after I got home and it stung really bad cause there were open cuts. He offered me a full refund, then tried to give me $5 (I paid $15, 10 for the cut and a 5 tip) after making me wait an hour in the shop. I told him I paid 15 and he gave me ten. He also had some weird little gun on his hip. Idk if it was real, but it made me feel sketch and I deal with people with guns all the time. Why you bring that to work? He didn’t have it the day before. Lost a customer
