I really like this place, they are really good at what they do. But they would benefit from having an app where people can schedule their appointments and not have to wait so long to get someone who wants to do their hair. I took my son in for a haircut last week and let me tell you something, It ain’t cool to see people who have been waiting for a while being skipped over people who just got there.

This is not a lame, corporate, impersonal haircut shop. Much like barbershops of the past, there’s people that like to stop by and the staff cuts up with them and each other. There’s usually good country music or rock playing. The haircuts are great with anyone that works here. They’re busy for a reason. My son and I both love this place.

I would have loved to give a good review on the services here. Heck even a mixed review would've been okay but I cant really give any review because I ultimately did not receive service. I scheduled for 4:30pm and arrived at 4:20pm. The only acknowledgement of my existence was to confirm I had an appointment. From there it was 40 minutes of waiting while the one stylist worked with another customer. There was no apology for being late, no checking in with me. Just silence, while I waited. Once the previous client was out the door at ~5pm I was told I could sit down but she needed to go to the back. Again no acknowledgement of how far off schedule this was, no apology, just sit down and wait more. After another 5-10 minutes with no clear sign we would ever get started, I left. The girl working the front desk did not seem shocked and did actually apologize. Overall a frustrating experience that would have 100% been resolved with a simple "hey, I'm sorry I am behind today, thank you so much for being so patient", but even that little bit of courtesy was missing.

Sir you are completely right and I do apologize .<br>The guy in my chair was a co-workers customer and his hair takes a very long time and I was alone this evening . However, none of that is your fault or an excuse. The girl at the front desk, this is her first week. I hired her so that I have someone to greet people, check them in, inform them of how long the wait time is, and what’s going on. But she is new and is still training. When I finished the haircut I told you I needed to step to the back to use the restroom, and I got a phone call from my mom who lives in Montana ,who is sick. I hurried her off the phone as quickly as possible. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience and if you decide you’d like to give us another try it will be at no charge, but if not I completely understand. We hope you find somewhere that better suits your needs. But we would love to have you come again!

Best barber shop. Been going here for at least two years now. Beth, Bree, and Sheila are all great (a little crazy) but awesome. Special shout out to my girl Bree, she always hooks me up.

Beth does an amazing job with haircuts. They honor your times when you make an appointment, which is nice. The place is very clean. The entire staff is very friendly.

Came in as a walk-in sat there for over an hour. I understand they have appointments could not get to me after I waited an hour. Don’t waste your time if you’re going to just walk in.

I am very sorry Jason , Sheila normally does walk ins and she has the day off today and we are doing the best we can … I only had 33 appointments when I woke up this morning but now I have 9 .<br>I don’t know I had the 11:39 and 12 when I first said I could get you.. I apologize for wasting your time … I am working on getting someone to run the front desk and hiring another walk in barber as well … you have been a good customer and we will be happy to give a complimentary haircut if you decide to come back , if not I understand and wish you well ..9

Wonderful job! I have been taking my son all over looking for someone to give him a great cut. I finally found the place! Very cool decor/atmosphere, and an amazing job on the haircut!!! I even got some great easy tips on styling his hair!

I was looking forward to my first visit to this barbershop, but unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have my haircut. I had an appointment with Beth and arrived 15 minutes early. However, I ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes past my scheduled time (almost 45 minutes in total). Beth initially told me she would be "shortly" done with her current client, but during my wait, she kept stopping to chat with other stylists, customers, and even answer her phone. I understand it's a small business, but I never received any updates or apologies about the delay, and no one checked in on me to let me know when I'd be next. Finally a father and son came in with appointments after me and I decided that I didn't want them to have to wait an hour + because she hadn't started on my hair cut. When I left she was still working on the same person she was already helping when I initially got there. Also, as a parent, I was disappointed to hear both Beth and another stylist using profanity while there were children present. Overall, the experience didn't meet my expectations, and I likely won’t be returning.

As far as a haircut goes,, Beth is awesome! She is a true professional. Some of the negative reviews have to do with wait times. People if you want quick,,, go to Great Clips. Hell, I’ve sat in there for 45 mins also. Be realistic people. There are only 2 barbers and one of them is the best in the county. I will always come here to get a quality cut! He shop has a great atmosphere also!

After years of bouncing from barber to barber, looking for someone who could cut, fade, and blend my hair correctly. I found Beth! I’ve been to many barbers over the years, men and women of all races and ages. Not one has came close to the level of talent She has with a set of clippers. I can count on Beth to get it right every time. The Shop itself is a plus. It’s one of the only shops still left where the community and those outside the community feel welcomed. I’m extremely particular about my hair and will drive an hour out of the way to make sure I have Beth Cut my hair.
