Soooo I have been going to this location for four years. They always seem to be turning out new hairdressers, so it’s hard to keep with one. I have been sticking with Botan. Overall, he does a really good job of cutting hair, but the last few times he has sort of taken control of what I’ve wanted. What kind of gets old…. Today I went in, and I had a $30 haircut or so I thought Botan always just cuts my face with clippers because I break out very easily and has never charged me. He did the exact same thing today, but I told him not to use one of the circular clippers that get really close to your skin because I break out and it feels like I’m burning. He said “okay, sounds good” but picked it up and used it before I could say something. I let it go. Afterwards, he kept on saying how great he did like “ Didn’t I do a great job?” “ Doesn’t this look amazing?” “I made it look fantastic.” He usually doesn’t do this, so I knew something was up. I get to the front counter to pay. And he says “for my special customer.” Then I looked down, and it’s $50. I asked him what was $20 more to cut my face with clippers, not even a straight blade or the whole treatment of the hot towel that I never get. But every once in a while, if he remembers or something, I tipped anyways and paid it because he did give me the service. But I feel like it was a slide of hand since that’s never happened before, and I’ve been going there for such a long time through multiple barbers.

I usually just book whatever is convenient around me assuming my wife isn't cutting my hair. I haven't had a regular stylist that I can remember in my adulthood, 20+ years now. Despite the variety I haven't gotten any better about describing what I want. I usually have a photo my wife gave me of the style from years back but didn't find it in time. I described my cut poorly as usual and just looked forward to having less hair at the end. Arie asked 2-3 key questions and said she knew what I wanted and she really did, she stopped after doing the sides to verify length and it was perfect, knocked out the top perfect as well. She was thorough and got all of the little extra strands that usually make it through when it's just a buzz cut. Never had someone shave the line between skin and hair with a razor before and it made for a great clean cut. I'm a busy dad and despite that I'll be taking the time from now on to get a great haircut from Arie. Made me feel great and my wife loved the cut. Thank you!

Love this place. Been using them since 2020 I literally drive an hour to get my hair cut here. Arie is the best. Good atmosphere and reasonable prices.

Edit: I brought my review up to 3 stars because Jonathan, the operations manager, reached out to me and was very kind and open to hearing about my feedback. I mistakingly read that a beard trim was a part of the DLX haircut, however, the experience still felt rushed. Jonathan told me he already communicated with the shop about my situation, and nicely asked if I needed anything fixed. Even though nothing could be directly fixed for me, it is clear that he cared to help me in any way he could. He also expressed that it is Reesha’s philosophy to give more care and priority to the person already seated with the barber, and that my experience is not what they wanted. On top of that, he said the store would get with my barber to make sure the feedback is heard. Jonathan’s attentive phone call was well appreciated. OG review: I’d honestly rate this place 2 1/2 stars. The staff were nice, however, I’m rating this low because my barber didn’t check if I was happy with my hair length as much. My barber was Botan, and while kind, when I tried to ask if I could check my hair length he just told me to trust him. It was definitely a bit shorter than I wanted. What really frustrated me was that I scheduled the deluxe haircut beforehand (which is 30 minutes and includes beard trim) but about 18 minutes in he said he couldn’t trim my beard and that he had to help the next customer. It felt like a rushed in-and-out.

I had a fantastic experience! David was meticulous and clearly takes great pride in his craft. Having been cutting hair since he was 12 years old, his skill and attention to detail really stand out. The skin fade cut was done with precision and care, and every detail—from the fade to the finish—was perfect. Highly recommend David for anyone looking for top-quality, detail-oriented service!
