I love sulas! The staff are all so sweet and welcoming! Their prices are reasonable and they don’t use too much heat compared to other Dominican salons I’ve been to, yet my press always lasts weeks! I’m so glad to have found this salon

Came in to get my haircut today, was always curious to see their work, came in without an appointment, Oscar took care of me, I have thick and fine hair so almost always there's a spot missing not this time, I was super happy with the attention and quality he gave me, I'll definitely come back

I’ve been coming to this salon for 3 years, and Sula usually does my blowouts and silk press. Today, I booked the same service. During the blowout, my scalp started hurting because I’m tender-headed. I asked if she could blow-dry from the ends to the roots, and she said that was “not the proper way to do a blowout.” I then asked if she could comb my hair more from the ends to the roots, and she responded, “That’s not how you do it, I know how to do hair.” I explained that I trusted her but was in pain and needed more detangling. She talked over me, ignored my request, and refused to detangle my hair again. When I decided not to continue, she became rude and told me to “give me my shit,” referring to the clips in my hair. This was disrespectful and unprofessional after being a loyal client for years. I’m so disgusted by the lack of professionalism and courtesy.

First I made an appointment at 5:30pm I get there she has 3 people infront of me for an appointment!!!She started my hair at 7:30pm I’ve been here multiple times my is usually $60 she charges me $83 for me waiting 2 hours plus NO TRIM NO EXTRA ANYTHING!!! She says the reason I’m charged is cause my hair is natural they have never over charged me for having natural hair before and this is the actual OWNER SULA that gave me this horrible experience never go to these people!!!!! Rude and unprofessional scam artist

Went in for a blow out & to tone my hair with a toning shampoo. Dye was put on my hair my curl pattern is ruined & I am almost 100% sure some form of relaxer and dye was used in my hair. I don’t recommend going to hair salon where the girl washing your hair doesn’t have healthy hair herself.

Sula is the BEST!! I absolutely love getting my hair done by her; she is professional, caring, and knowledgeable about hair and products. I’ve been a customer for 3 years now, and even though I’ve moved from ATL, I still visit to get my hair done. Since I’ve been going to Sula (since September 2022) I get the MOST compliments and my hair is so healthy!! I will include pictures of Sula’s work in this review. Also, she did the best sew-in I’ve ever had, and it lasted for months because of how well she does it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SULA’S HAIR SHOP!!! Support this business, you will love it!!

The BEST Dominican Hair Salon in Atlanta Metro area. Sula is patient and takes her time to make sure your hair comes out perfect. The salon is intimate with a family oriented vibe. Pricing is reasonable for various styles. The wash/set is flawless but my favorite style is the traditional sew in. She also does microlink installation as well. I’ve been apart of this salon family for 10+ years. Check them out.

I wish I could give 100 stars. I have been going to this salon for a couple of years. Today, Sula literally saved my hair. In May 2021, I went to Mena’s Dominican Hair Salon only because Sula’s Hair Salon was booked. At Mena’s, they put something in my hair that relaxed it without my knowledge or permission. Sula’s would have never done that. My hair was always healthy with Sula’s. I noticed my hair becoming thinner and more limp after my one and only time at Mena’s. I tried to put it in braids to allow it to revert back to normal, but it never did and when I removed the braids today, all of my hair began to come out except the curly new growth. Frantic, I ran to Sula’s for help and she cut off the damaged hair and gave me a haircut I love. She truly salvaged my hair. Now I am excited about my new cut right in time for spring. Thank you, Sula!

I have been coming to Sula’s Salon since 2013. I am very particular about my natural hair. She has kept my shiny & healthy… shaved my head bald after cancer. Now my hair is at the middle of my back again. She has always been patient with all my extra demands. The best in the hair business. Before and after pics of my hair journey. I love Sula’s even though I drive her crazy!
