I have been going here for about 4 years (didn't go through covid) but Flex cuts my hair and does an excellent job every time. Very convenient and keeps his appointment times. The shop is clean and always up beat.

Depends on who you get. My son's hair was chopped up. Looked nothing like what he requested. Its been about a year since we've been here because of distance, but with school starting, my son asked me to drive because we've always had a good experience. Not this time. Also looked like they might be short on barbers.

I came on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025 to get a haircut as a first time visitor. My reason for leaving a low score comes essentially down to the barber's dishonesty and dow right theft: sign outside states each adult haircut is $25 but when I gave him two twenties and asked for changed, he refused, stating on weekends the price increases to $40. He refused to relent despite what the sign says and could not provide proof of such nonsense. The gentlemen in question was a light skinned man wearing a red shirt and red cap whose stall was three chairs down on the left side. I am never coming back to this place as long as he remain employed there and am putting this out there to warn everyone to avoid him.

Tee is by far the best barber I've ever had! He has been cutting my hair for several years now, and consistently provides great service. The shop has a great atmosphere and is in a great location as well. If you're in search of a professional and reliable barber this is definitely the spot.

I am new to the GA area and I was in need of a fresh and clean cut. I had visit quite a few barbers but they was not reliable or they did not satisfy my style. I ran into my guy, Terrence. He has been outstanding. He has been my barber for over 6+ months now. Always dependable, provides great quality of service, clean and welcoming environment. Just a great experience every time I visit. Much Appreciated!

I started going to T at trinity barber shop and he has been the best barber I have had in a while. Always responds when setting appointments. Gives great haircuts. And always good conversation. I have recommended him to all my peoples.

I’ve been a customer at Roots on and off since 2014. When I do go I only go to high quality barbers and T is a master of his craft. He took his time and gave me the exact cut I wanted. A true professional. I recommend anyone new visiting to look for T!

T (Terrance) is definitely a gifted and talented barber. He took great care of my son and paid excellent attention to detail and gave my son one of the best cuts he has had since we moved to the area! If you’re looking for a barber that has great customer service, great barbering skills and takes pride in their work..book with T .. you won’t be disappointed!

I have been going to new roots for the last 2 years. Frank cuts my hair and I have not once had a complaint. My appointments are always on time so no waiting. I get the cut I want and don’t have to detail every little thing. Plus I get lots of compliments. I like that I don’t have to drive excess distances. There’s always time slots to schedule from and new roots has many locations in the Gwinnett area.The atmosphere in the shop is always chill. Honestly the best shop I have been too in the last 10+ years I have been getting haircuts.
