The end product was amazing. Otherwise, this would be a one-star. My Barbers station was messy and dirty, which always concerns me, especially when getting skin fades. He was constantly distracted taking video calls during my appointment and overall not showing a high level of professionalism or care.

My 13 year old got a cut there today and this place sucks. English communication is lacking and they totally messed up my sons hair who now is upset and doesn’t want to go to school because of how mean kids are today he’s worried he’ll have a hard time .He literally told the guy don’t cure my hair short I only want it scissor cut and the next thing you know he’s running the trimmers through it. Also there isn’t a manager there so I’ll have to call tomorrow which is probably best because I’m pretty pissed right now.

Camilo is a great barber with a professional attitude. The space is always clean and he makes sure you’ll have a comfortable experience. Cannot recommend him and this shop enough.

My son and I have been getting our haircuts here by Pablo and Camilo for the past 4 years. They are very knowledgeable and skilled with their craft. The facility is always clean and the staff are very attentive. I Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for new barbers! 💯

What a terrible haircut. If you go stick to the Hispanic guy in the back. We had the older man in the front and my son’s hair is so bad that I am now headed to another barber shop. After, My son then proceeded to tell me he kept asking my son where his dad was and is his mom there alone and who wants his hair cut like this. And why does the fade need to start so high up. He asked me half way through where do I want the fade to start….. ummm at the top where it’s supposed to start? He essentially got a 2 all the way around his whole head. And a terrible tape and didn’t even use a blade. I simply asked for a shadow fade and a tape and start with a 3. It’s pretty simple.

A bit disappointed after visiting. My teenager needed a cut and we happened to be at the mall. He described what he was looking for but was told by the stylist that he needed "more details." We tried but didn't get much of anywhere. I think my son got frustrated and just let the guy go to work. By the end, I was disappointed with the results. The sides are fine but the front is way too long. The guy said it will be better with gel, but didn't try styling it himself. I expected more from a place that is supposed to specialize in men's hair.

I’ve been living in southwest North Carolina for years, and never been able to find a barber that could make my hair look the way I wanted it to. Dana at Gent’s gave me the full works (mid-fade, beard and hairline shape-up, and a hot towel and straight razor shave), found my problem hair spots without me having to point them out, and left me feeling like a million bucks. Not to mention, he clearly loves what he does, and is a pleasure to talk to while he works his magic. I may not be in this area much longer, but as long as I am, he is going to be the first barber I call, and the other guys at Gent’s were clearly working at the same level, if I can’t make it there while he’s available. I can’t recommend them highly enough… if you want your hair to look good, and enjoy the atmosphere of a **good** barbershop, get yourself to Gent's.

I love this barber shop for my son! The haircuts he gets here are the best! I drive 45 minutes to get his hair cut here. They have always been so kind to him and I. I have booked an appointment online and I have done a walk in. Either way, it has always been good experience. Thank you guys so much!

We had the opportunity to be served by Maxx the Barber ☺️. I appreciate his timeliness and professionalism with my sons. He was thorough and listened to my thoughts. The shop itself was clean and set up nicely. We were asked if we needed help as soon as we walked in and I appreciated the customer service. I also appreciated the music selection. I have serious issues with hair studios that blast provocative and obscene music in the presence of young children. It was also nice to see a hair studio that had all ethnicities being served. Keep up the great work!!!

Dana is truly one of the most professional guys around! He has now done my hair 2 times. He did a great fade and helped really sculpt my beard and mustache. He’s a great guy and I’d recommend making an appointment with him if you can choose anyone. He makes you feel like there are no dumb questions especially if you’re new to barber shops and getting your beard sculpted well as well as new to fades. Definitely will be back again. Thanks Dana for all then help!
