Formerly a customer here for over 10 years but I'm not coming here anymore. I used to book with Rolando the owner and don't like getting my hair cut from him. The last time I went to him, he didn't execute what I asked for at all. Also whether or not I get a shampoo and hot towel service from him was totally random. I pay for that, I should get it every time. On top of that, I used to sit with one of his former barbers and when they left, I stayed with Trophy Room but had to listen to Rolando TRASH his former employee for months. LAME. Should be happy for him, was also awkward for me to listen to this. I missed my last appointment and was sent an invoice for the full price of service, despite being a regular and having sent them clients from my work. BTW, I was under no legal obligation to pay this invoice but I did cause I'm good dude. Done with this place though. See ya!

Best haircut in Atlanta! My stylist Sean Long is awesome. I have a lot of hair and every haircut I’ve gotten from him has been great. This place is worth every penny. Also the owner, Rolando, is super chill and welcoming.

Been going here almost a decade! Couple of different barbers over the years and always a great cut (plus occasional beard trim). Best service ever! Great vibes all around and just the best people. Highly recommend. Shoutout Sean & Rolando! Looking sharp for a wedding this weekend.

Rolando has been cutting my hair at a regular monthly appointment for almost a year now. I think what has surprised me is exactly how much I look forward to these appointments, it is a nice little break in the day and Rolando is a joy to talk with.

I always have a problem with this barber shop. Each time i go there they keep making new barbers cut my hair and mess my hair up. The last time i went i had to request a refund. The barber was so unprofessional he messed up my owl beard line and cut me in 3 places and the back of my head. I had two photoshoots scheduled and a graduation and i had to cancel a professional video i was supposed to do for a restaurant. As a influencer my image is how i make my money. Then he was selling weed and had his baby mama pulling up and they talking over me spitting on me. It was a very unpleasant experience and i wont be going back.

However, it's time we get to business on addressing the flaws within it! <br><br>Our shop is appointment based only, so that would be up to the client to pick which barber they sit with, it is not on us. Also, our newest barber has been here for over a year already. Also, while we love women, all the barbers here are gay men, so we assure you that no one here has a baby mama, nor selling weed to said baby mama.<br><br>We do however wish you great success in your career, we just find it hard to believe you're influencing anyone with that hairline. I've been to most all top-rated barbershops in the ATL area, and this one is extremely solid. Almost a 5, and you should definitely try it out. Calling out my biases: my one personal care luxury I will be a little unreasonable or more flexible on is getting my hair cut because it's one of my favorite things. The other thing I'll mention (because it is relevant to hair types) is that I'm not sure what my actual ethnicity is. My race is in the eye of the beholder, and my hair can be less-straightforward to cut. The customer service is great. I made an appointment, and they were ready for me at the appointment time. Really friendly and soft-spoken, asked me what I wanted, explained and showed pictures. The time slots are long enough for staff to do their job and buffer between appointments. They are kind and reasonable, fair to themselves, the business, and to the clients. They will take extra time if needed or if you're not quite happy even. As for the actual quality of service, it's really good. I went with James the first time there, and he was extremely precise, conscientious, and focused. I saw the haircuts that Rolando was doing as well, and they looked sharp. The quality of the cut your get will be extremely high. This barbershop is notable as well because it has a quieter energy to it, so you can really just zone out while you get a great cut. There was no rushing here, and he checked in and asked questions during the cut, and even made recommendations. However, if you're looking for more luxurious or traditional services like a wash/straight razor shave, layers/hot towels, product, etc. They don't seem to do that here, but I also didn't ask specifically. They have a menu of services, and they do strictly that menu very well. I don't doubt they could do more if they wanted to though. That's the biggest mark against it, is that while you get a great haircut, the "trim" on it if you will is not like some other higher-priced barbershops. However, totally worth it still. Often at shops you have to strategically book and avoid certain barbers because they are a cut below or a cut above the others. That doesn't seem to be the case here. I've been a few times, and they are consistent. You can feel safe booking at random, I think. I would say this is the best barbershop in the SE-ATL/Decatur area for a quality haircut.

First time customer, immediately a lifetime customer. Rolando gave me the best cut I've ever had, and corrected the neckline on my beard so I'm looking fresher than ever. But he's also full of wisdom, which makes the experience transcendent. I believe this is true of the other barbers in the shop. Until I came here, I didn't know what would justify paying a good bit more than Great Clips, but now I know. They will make sure you leave here looking fresh, and you might also learn something new about the world around you.

Had a great haircut with Rolando at Trophy Room! He listened carefully, offered excellent recommendations, and got it just right. The whole team was welcoming and friendly—it’s clear they love what they do. Looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

Great haircuts, super friendly crew, and fun atmosphere. I've been getting my hair cut by Rolando for almost 3 years and it's always a great experience. It's been the most consistent haircut and best barbershop experience I've found in the city. Highly recommended!
