This was honestly one of the worst salon I’ve ever had. The people who work there they don’t even speak English they are Arabi people always smoking in and out acted completely uninterested and unprofessional from start to finish. the communication was terrible, and the stylist barely paid attention to what I asked for. The end result looked Worst and sloppy, the output of my hair was like a worst I left frustrated, disappointed, and feeling like I’d wasted both my time and money and my Look . Please don’t go here . I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone.

This is the best barber shop I’ve been to in awhile. Talaal gives a great haircut and everyone is super friendly. My permanent barber shop for sure.

I’ve been going to Talal for my cuts, and I can honestly say he’s one of the best barbers I’ve ever had. He’s precise, detail-oriented, and always takes the time to make sure the fade and line-up are clean and sharp. What really stands out is his professionalism, he listens to exactly what you want, gives suggestions when needed, and makes sure you leave the chair completely satisfied. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and Talal creates a comfortable vibe that makes the whole experience top-notch. Whether it’s a fresh fade, beard trim, or a full style change, he delivers consistently every time. If you’re looking for a barber who actually cares about his craft and his clients, Talal is the one to go to.

I’ve visited The Moon Hair Salon several times, and my experience has been a mix of hits and misses. While I believe the barbers have the skills, their unprofessionalism and lack of attention to detail make it hard to justify the price. Appointments seem to be pointless here—regardless of booking in advance, you’re left waiting an extra 30 minutes or more. The barbers are often distracted, taking phone calls mid-cut, walking out of the store, or even leaving customers waiting to enjoy hookah at the neighboring lounge. For $50 plus tips for a haircut and beard service, I expect professionalism and attention to detail, neither of which I’ve consistently received. My most recent visit was the final straw. The main barber Mo rushed through my haircut and beard trim. As seen in the attached photo, the experience was unpleasant; I even ended up with a bruised neck due to excessive force during the shave. While the barbers have potential, the lack of focus, professionalism, and customer care left me deeply disappointed. I can’t recommend this salon unless major changes are made to their approach and work ethic.

An uneven experience. Nice clipper and scissor work. Reasonably priced. Nice guys. Great with young kids. 5 stars for the cuts. Downside is reliability. 1) Came on a Sunday just before opening (at noon) to try to get my kids hair cut. Left at 12:40 because no one ever showed up. 5 other people left during that time. Had lunch nearby, still no one there at 130pm. After reading reviews, I noticed that this was not an uncommon experience. 2) came back following Friday with my young 2 kids. Manager took my cell phone said we are an hour out. Told us he would call when it was our turn. We came back an hour later, waited another 40 minutes in person, and left. Never heard from him again. Seems like our place in line was out of sight out of mind. 3) When open, they won’t take call aheads to avoid this. Waited almost 3 hrs there over 2 different visits in the same week with 0 haircuts. Seems like it’s aimed at guys who have all day to kill at the shop and not folks with any kind of schedule. Will not return.
