I would not recommend a cut or beard trim with Freata. That was one of the most uncomfortable and painful haircuts and beard trim I've had. I have been beets multiple times and had good experiences but this was by far the worst cut I've had in years in addition to how hard she went on my beard it's almost raw. Totally would NOT recommend

Rico is an extremely talented barber. I couldn’t be happier with the bald fade and beard trim — clean, precise, and exactly what I asked for. The shop has a great atmosphere too. I actually fell asleep during the cut, which says a lot about how comfortable and relaxed the environment is. Highly recommend Rico if you’re looking for top-tier work.

Staff was nice but couldn't cut to my request due to the language barrier and got frustrated when i tired explaining. I specifically called and asked them if they could dye hair i confirmed on the phone multiple times that yes they do dye hair just to show up and get told that the lady that dye was gone. The whole reason I came was to get my hair dyed so I felt very lied to and had my time wasted. The cut wasn't that good for what I paid for. Edit: They reached out to me wanting to "fix" the issue but eventually ignored and ghosted me. So im pretty sure their "concern" is just for publicity.

Howie is the best barber I have had in my 85 years!!! He's knowledgeable, extremely customer oriented, and has super suggestions on how to make "unruly" hair behave.

I came in with long hair and requested that it be shortened to my collar. I provided a reference photo. She had me remove my glasses to do the trim. The stylist proceeded to take my hairline up to my ears. She then trimmed my full beard down to a little fuzz. Worst haircut experience.

Owner's response

Hi Paul,
Thank you for your review. We apologize for the inconvenience you faced during your visit. Our team is committed to improving, and your feedback will help us get there. Please let us know how we can make up for this experience.

I had an amazing experience getting a skin fade here! Aslan took his time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure the blend was smooth and clean. The fade came out super sharp.

Aslan was my stylist. He did an exceptional job for my deluxe haircut. He was professional and asked for my preference before cutting. He clearly was mindful of every detail; from the haircut to the neck shave and eyebrows trim. He topped it off with a hot towel, blow-dry and removed any cut hair from my clothes . I was very satisfied.

Owner's response

Hi David,
Our team works hard to provide top-notch service, and we’re glad it shows.
Great! Kristi cut and styled my hair and it's the best cut I've had in a long time. She listened, confirmed, cut, sought feedback, improved the cut and sent me away delighted! Thanks Kristi!

Do NOT go here if you have slightly complicated hair. This place is just an overpriced Great Clips, and here's why. They have amounted positive reviews ONLY because they're nice and they specialize in cutting easy hair. But there is a critical lack of actual skill for anything outside of easy hair. There's a review from 2 months ago that said the same thing, they can NOT do fades. I showed multiple reference pictures > told them exactly what I wanted > went back and forth telling them what to fix, just for both of us to give up on each other. What's crazy, I had this happen as my first time here and I even booked my appt with the manager, then I walked out incredibly disappointed and frustrated. I decided to give them another chance today, and the same exact thing happened. They just messed up my hair again and now I have to go out of my way and find an actual barber who can fix this and make my fade not jagged, and actually even. It was even more annoying when the lady cutting my hair this time told me to book a "shampoo" for next time, since she couldn't figure my hair out fast enough and thinks I should pay extra for their lack of skill. If your haircuts START at $40, get actual barbers that or worth that, or match your prices with Great Clips.

Does not know how to get you that crispy look. They half ass your haircut because they only cut Caucasian hair. Made my front tapeline corners into curves not 90 degree angles the way it’s supposed to be. Think of sports clips same thing. The fade is ok 5 out of 10. Plus 60 bucks?? Upcharged me 20 bucks to cut peach fuzz off my cheeks. Said it was a beard lineup. This cut is worth 15 bucks not 60

Owner's response

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. What you described is not the level of service or skill we strive to provide, and we take concerns like this very seriously. We serve clients of all hair types and textures, and it’s clear we missed the mark in your case.
