Tried them today for the first and LAST time. My barber was so focused on keeping the music pumping loudly he could not communicate. My Spanish is okay, his English was limited but no language works in a loud music environment. He almost botched my hair when he tried to cut a ray where the part goes. He misunderstood and did not bother to ask. Communication only works if one bothers to speak. I was shocked when told the haircut was $40. Then he looked at me strangely when no tip was offered. I’ll go back to my $20 barber. Plaza Fiesta must have jacked rents way too high. It’s no longer a good place to go. I noticed the food court prices were also ridiculous. Inflation is one thing, gouging is another.

They cut my brother hair really bad we asked him for a simple hair cut and they cut all his hair I hope they get fired from his job!😡

Ramon the man with white short hair messed up my hair and in the top of that he asked for $40 , the only thing was ok is the beard , I would never come back

If I could give them less I would. SO RUDE THEY DONT SPEAK ENGLISH UNLESS THEY ARE SAYING SOMETHING RIUDE. Whatever you DO BLACK PEOPLE- DONT GO HERE . You will get disrespected and be happy you did it lose any money. Just time
