Dan is a skilled, consistent, and focused barber. He’s elevated my appearance and facilitated my general style upgrade. He keeps his appointments and gets down to business. He’s a skilled conversationalist and knowledgeable about many things, but won’t talk your ear off if you’re just looking for in and out. I hope to continue going to Dan for a long time!

I've been going to Dan for more than 20 years now and I can assure you he IS the truth! He's fast but never sloppy and can accommodate most any style you ask of him. As a testament to the loyalty he engenders due to his high quality cuts and outstanding customer service, I worked and lived in Arkansas for a year and insisted on FLYING in to Atlanta on dozens of occasions just to make sure no one else cut my hair! Check him out, you won't be disappointed!

Dan is excellent at being punctual with appointment scheduling. He’s thorough and precise when cutting hair, yet still manages to be efficient with his time. I highly recommend him.

Dan the man! This man can cut hair! He cuts my hair (straight), my father-in-law's (african american) and both my sons' hair (both different textures along the spectrum of mixed hair). I won't let anyone else trim my beard either... I made that mistake once and won't do it again. Do yourself a favor and go see Dan.

Dan is the Man! Honestly though, he’s a talented barber and charges a fair cut & beard trim. I’ve gone to Dan over 10 times now and each cut has been just as good, if not better than the last. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fresh cut in the metro Atlanta area.

Dan is the most considerate barber I have ever had! From the time of scheduling an appointment until my cut is complete, Dan pays attention to what I am saying and always responds with excellence. He is knowledgeable with many years of experience which is most evident in his artistic approach to providing a "fresh" haircut that the ladies and the fellas alike will admire. He gets me "TV ready" everytime!

My son and I have been going to Dan for the last several years. We have stayed with Dan due to his professionalism , attention to providing excellent customer service, his flexibility, the cleanliness of his shop, the quality of his cuts, and the his attentiveness to following COVID-19 protocols. It is extremely rare to find a barber that can provide exceptional cuts for numerous grades of hair. My bi-racial son has had epic fails going to other barbers. As my son and I say, “In Dan We Trust”. As long as I reside in GA, Dan will be the only barber that we go to.

I held off on review until I get at least two haircuts from Dan. I'm new to Atlanta and this is the first time I got the right barber on the first try. I'm impressed with the consistency. It's hard to find a good barber that is good at both edging and fading. I can tell Dan is very experienced because I gave him little instruction, he asked the proper questions and I got exactly what I wanted. A plus is that he seems to be experienced with many different hair types. Also, I prefer appointments and one on one environment so I'm not competing for barber attention and the experience is not unnecessarily long.

Every time I take my son to get his haircut, it is always a great experience. They acknowledge your presence as soon as you walk through the door. They are really good at accommodating walk ins and my son's haircuts ALWAYS turn out great. I have been taking my son since he was 2 and he is now 8. His father has been going since he was 11. It is definitely a barbershop you want to keep in the family. Dan has been their barber but I've also gotten my hair cut by another barber there. Very pleased with the end result between both.
