Jolie crushes it every time! She has been my go to for the last 2.5 years. I usually get a taper on the sides with the top kept short and textured and she nails it consistently. It grows out really well too. She also gives helpful tips on what cuts fit my face shape and hair and how to style it. Super welcoming and talented, and the staff is great too. Highly recommend

HUNG WAS A JOKE. I chose him since he is also an Asian and I thought he knows Asian style haircuts better, but I was so wrong. Had my worst haircut in years!

Wanted to have a haircut similar to what I had before and I ended up with a $60 massacre. I specifically said to just barely trim the front, but at least 2 inches were taken off. It’s a shame I had an event because now I look unprofessional. This is singlehandedly making me go to greatclips because I think they’d be better and 4x cheaper

I got a haircut today, I went with Brian and after showing him the haircut I wanted I showed him a video with all the angles for it I got a complete different thing I wanted something that I’m sure he was 100% able to do because I had my hair actually with a very good length I paid for the service but I’m not happy with the result it was supposed to be a great haircut as my birthday is next week and wanted a great haircut in the pictures but now is something I dont really like

Do not come here if you like semi-longer hair. Today was the second time I’ve been to American Cuts. The first time with Sam and second with Hung. Both times I requested around 1.5 inches off the top leaving 3-4 inches on the top so I can style it. Both times the barbers only left 1-2 inches on top making styling impossible. While they have fancy tools they can’t seem to follow customer style requests and cut however they like.

Discovered this place shortly after moving to Atlanta and became a loyal customer at that very first visit. I love how easy it is to book and manage appointments via their app, the relaxed atmosphere of the shop itself and the reasonable prices. Above all else, I am super appreciative of my barber Dustin. His technique, intuition and attention to detail really stood out to me and are obvious in the final product. That guy gave me one of the best damned haircuts I’ve ever had on that first visit and I’ve never looked back since (except at the end, when I’m given a chance to give that sweet fade in the back a once-over). Thanks Dustin + all the staff for creating a spot worth coming back to especially now that I no longer live down the block! 🙏

I got an awesome haircut from Dustin today. First time getting a haircut in like 3 years (started buzzing my head during COVID) but had an occasion I wanted to be presentable for. He made great conversation and gave me exactly what I wanted. A bit expensive, but worth it for the quality and convenient midtown location. Will be back.

Barry is an artist and he will do you right. I came in not knowing what sort of style to go with at all and he seemed to know exactly how to cut my overgrown hair from the moment I sat down. Very friendly and attentive. Nice and welcoming atmosphere at the salon too. I was extremely happy about the service here. Recommended all my friends to this spot and I’ll definitely be returning. Worth the price for a solid cut.
