Anytime you book an appointment in this place the say, we have your appointment reserve then you go there and you have to wait 30 minutes or more! This happened to me 3 times already but that's enough, you just lost a costumer

Tito has been my son's barber for over 5 years, and we wouldn’t go to anyone else! Even after moving far away, we still make the trip back to see him. He’s not only talented, but also incredibly kind and patient—especially with the younger clients. Truly one of a kind!

Horrible barbershop! Horrible customer service! Last time I went there a guy with braids I think his name was Stone or somethink like that, he screamed at my son because he was spinning on the chair, I understand that is not right but he is just a kid and the right thing to do was for him to let me know not scream at a minor. I will never be coing back to this place. This was not the first time I noticed him being rude at customers. This type of behavior and cuatomer service is not acceptable.

My brother gets his hair cut here. He really likes the cut he gets, and I think it looks great on him. He has a couple cowlicks, so it takes some skill to cut his hair, and they do a great job. Their prices are competitive.

I called the shop nearly two hours before I was going to be bringing my son and asked to make an appointment. The owner told me an appointment wasn’t necessary that “we’re moving quickly”. I showed up with my son. We sat there for OVER ONE HOUR. People went before us. Most of the time the owner was just holding clippers in his hand while chatting with the client in his chair. I finally said something that he told me not to worry about making the appointment. He said we’d be up soon. We’d already sat for so long by this point we stayed expecting to be called shortly. Sat for an hour and a half and nothing. I do NOT recommend this barber shop at all.

Christmas Eve haircut came through thanks to STEVEN. When you come here look for STEVEN. Overall the barbershop has a good ambiance, great music and respectful customer service. The cut was done meticulously and all the things asked for was done! Highly recommended coming to this barber. Look for STEVEN. If not there’s talent all around from the other barbers.

My hair cut is perfect, always to my liking. Courteous staff, clean environment. My biggest grouse is the fact that you must make an appointment, however, most times my barber has a previous client in the chair(more than likely a walk-in) and I have to sit and wait 20-30 mins pass my appointment time...a grace period of 5-7 minutes should be implemented or cease the appointment structure.

Loved the designs they offer the staff is amazing and very welcoming. The placement of the shop is very convenient as you are right beside a Publix and pay Lee Ross. Just I'm all great and Kenton is a great barber they you should check him out. I get a trim ever week or so and he does an amazing job.

This place stays busy! A lot of barbers to chose from. But once you have the barber that you go to every time even with heavy foot traffic they tell you how many in front of you. Let's just say. I was about to walk out and come back later. All the chairs in the front full, but I asked the barber and I'm next. Great service!
