I was 3 - 4 weeks late getting a haircut and feeling shaggy when I found myself out of town in Miami. With a little free time to spend, I stopped in at Surfside Barber Shop No. 2 on Harding Avenue at 95th Street. At first I was assigned a barber who speaks only Spanish. When I asked for help communicating, another barber, a bi-lingual Cuban, took over and gave me the cleanest, best-looking haircut I’ve had in years. He performed the miracle entirely with scissors, supplemented with a smoothing razor just at the end. I could not be happier than I am with this chance encounter with a true craftsman.

Love this place! I just took my son to get haircut, he’s been needing one since it’s been 3 months since his last one. The workers are very nice and professional but you can also have casual fun conversations, too. His hairstylist, Uracamis, is pro, he definitely knows what he’s doing. He gave him a nice fade, would recommend to anyone!

I will not go there again. My stylist was good and the hair cut came out the way I asked. Then I asked if he could wash my hair afterward and he told me that they charge $5 for the wash ( I never hear such a greedy charge ). The service was $35 and when I went to pay at the register, the owner added $3 claiming that it’s what the machine charge ( it’s a Clover machine l and clover doesn’t charge that much ).

Alexis is the best barber. I always ask for him by name. Great cuts every time and he got me into facials as well.

I recently visited this barbershop in Miami and was blown away by the incredible service I received. When I walked in, I was greeted by Alexis who immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. I had come in for a regular haircut, but Alexis went above and beyond to give me an exceptional haircut that left me looking and feeling my best. Not only did I receive a fantastic haircut, but I also had the pleasure of experiencing an incredible shave and facial. The attention to detail that Alexis provided during these services was truly impressive and left my skin feeling clean and refreshed. In addition, I received a wonderful man's pedicure that left my feet looking and feeling great. Overall, my experience at this barbershop was top-notch and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional grooming experience. This is not your typical barbershop - the staff is friendly, professional, and truly dedicated to providing the best possible service to their customers. I will definitely be returning the next time I am in Miami.
