We’ve had two good experiences at this barber shop in the past, which is why I decided to call again to book an appointment with one of the barbers who previously did my boyfriend’s haircut. I was told that those barbers no longer work there, so we booked with someone else. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing. When we got home and looked closer at my boyfriend’s haircut, it was uneven, patchy, and honestly looked like a helmet on his head. It was such a poor job that we had no choice but to take him somewhere else to get it fixed—especially since this shop is an hour away from us. I called the shop to let them know what happened. They apologized and told us they would like to see us again to fix it, and also offered a complimentary haircut in the future. I appreciated the gesture, but it’s been three days since that conversation and I haven’t heard anything back. My father was also a regular customer here, since we have an apartment in the building. Unfortunately, after this experience and the lack of follow-up, we will no longer be returning as clients. My boyfriend has to wear heat since it looks terrible 😩

Moved to North Miami Beach a few months ago, this is my 4th cut in 4 different barber shops across the city. The others were decent, this place is awesome. I’ve already booked my next appt with Alexander again he absolutely crushed it. Cheat code get the executive-package, yes you have nose hair yes it’s gross yes they can fix it.

Jason S. did my haircut twice: one was classic low taper fade; one was low taper fade with V shape in the back (as in the pictures). Both are great!

I can’t rave about this place enough! Sebastian is an absolute wizard with the clippers—seriously, he offers top-notch, high-end services that leave you feeling like a superstar. I’m beyond thrilled with the haircuts and VIP treatment I receive every time. And let me tell you about Natalia, the amazing host! My first time coming here visiting from NYC! They offer water/coffee and other drinks as well. The service is amazing and its nice environment. Great atmosphere for boys haircuts. Masculinity overload. My son loved it there. By the way they serve coffee with whiskey like a bald game. Bathroom is a museum of pinups
