Hands down the best shop I’ve found. I’ve tried out a few different spots, but these guys are on another level.
Owner's response
Hi Wilfredo, thank you so much for the high praise! We know there are plenty of spots to choose from, so it means a lot that we’ve become your go-to shop. We take pride in being on that 'other level' for our clients. See you back in the chair soon!

I was recommended this barber shop by a friend about three years ago, and from day one it has been an amazing experience. Every barber there is exceptional—professional, skilled, and extremely polite. Jorge has been cutting my son’s hair, and he treats him as if he were his own kid, which means a lot to us. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the level of care they show their customers is outstanding. I truly can’t say enough great things about this place. Highly recommend!
Owner's response
Hi Paul, thank you so much for the kind words! We’re honored to have been your shop for the past three years. I’ll be sure to share this with Jorge, he truly cares about his clients, and it’s wonderful to hear he’s made such a positive impact on your son. We look forward to seeing you both again soon!

Best barber shop in Miami, that’s why I have been getting my hair cut there for fifteen years.
Owner's response
Hi Mark, fifteen years is an incredible milestone! Thank you so much for your long-standing loyalty and for trusting us with your hair for over a decade. It’s clients like you who make this shop what it is. We look forward to seeing you in the chair for many more years to come!

For context, I came in a week prior for a haircut and the image below was how I left. A week went by and I came back to this: So I walked in, an appointment scheduled for 11am. I sit down and my barber (really nice guy) asks what we're doing today. I said "just to fix up the back" and so the haircut continues, he finishes and does a good job. We walked over to pay and it was the full amount for a regular haircut. I asked "am I supposed to pay that?" He responds by saying "yes, you received a haircut" when I said "I thought we were just fixing it up from last week" he explained the situation quickly to the owner, Jorge, who came over and said "why would we give you a free haircut? You're not my family." And so I go, "I don't agree, (referring to the price) but it's business" and pay the $41.23 after paying $50 ($41.23 + tip) the week prior. I leave. I came back a few minutes later and sat down. The owner called me over, knowing that I wanted to speak to him, and asked what I wanted. I said "I want to understand why I was charged the full price for a haircut if all I got was a touch-up?" and I explained to him that I have a job and am a student at University, thus, I don't have time to come during the week. He said "dude, I don't know you" to which I replied "that's why I am trying to tell you" to which we went back and forth and I could tell that the conversation wasn't going anywhere. As time went on I responded "sir I can tell that we are not going to agree, so I think it would be best to agree to disagree" which he responded by saying "No I want you to understand that that's not how life works, your parents should have taught you that." He got one of the other people to get $20 from the register which he offered to me, but I rejected, so he put it on the counter in front of me, which I took as an insult because the cash was not the point; The point was that when mistakes happen, like the missed spot in my hair, we should own them as adults and make up for them. I should have been able to fix my hair without needing an entire haircut appointment to fix it. All in all, he attacked my character (your parents should have taught you that) and told me that I wasn’t family- which is technically true, but I expected a higher level of respect from a community that I was new to. It's a shame, because my barber actually did a great job but I won’t be returning due to the owner.
Owner's response
Thank you for your feedback, Mr. Malek. We're sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you sharing the details, as it helps us clarify what happened and improve our service.

To provide some context from our side: You visited us about 10 days after your previous haircut, which you had paid for and confirmed was satisfactory at the time. During this recent appointment, you requested to "fix up the back," and our barber provided the service accordingly. However, it wasn't mentioned upfront that this was intended as a correction from the prior visit, and no dissatisfaction was expressed during the haircut itself.

We always aim to address any concerns promptly:
- If a client lets us know they're unhappy with a haircut within a reasonable timeframe (typically 1-3 days), we're happy to make adjustments at no extra charge.
- For visits after a longer period, especially without prior communication about an issue, we treat it as a new service, as most clients return on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis for regular maintenance.

In this case, since the request came after 10 days and wasn't specified as a redo, we charged our standard rate. We offered a partial refund during our conversation to help resolve the matter, though we understand it wasn't accepted.

We truly value our clients and strive for everyone's satisfaction. If there's anything else we can do to make this right or if you'd like to discuss further, please feel free to reach out. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.

I explicitly told the stylist not to touch the top of my hair Ignoring this instruction resulted in my hair being ruined after a year of growth This shows a lack of attention and professionalism, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. Hair designer name is Carlos👎👎👎👎

Been coming to these guys for years. I recommend them to everyone. Carlos is always consistent and does an excellent job. When I’ve lived in other cities I never found a barber up to his standard. The other guys in the shop do a great job as well. You can tell most of their customers have been seeing them for a while which speaks to the quality of their service The new location looks great, and there’s free parking in the garage next to the shop. Support your local business.
