Justin is my barber here and he always gives me an excellent cut! Been going for almost 2 years now and he’s never failed me. Super nice guy and very reliable. I recommend making an appointment so you have a set time.

I will start saying that the service in Andy’s barber shop is awesome. Specifically I will highly recommend the barber “GERMAN” he is cutting my son’s hair for years and he is very professional, his service is a 10 plus and he knows how to handle kids highly recommended.

I want to start by saying that I really like this barbershop overall. The studio is clean, professional, and there are several talented barbers here. However, my experience with one barber, David, was disappointing. I came in asking for a fade, not realizing at the time that “fade” is a broad term. Instead of helping guide me through the options in a respectful way, David spoke to me in a condescending tone, repeatedly saying things like “you’re not a baby, you’re a grown man” and treating my uncertainty as a problem rather than part of his job as a service provider. I understand now that I should have been more specific, and I take responsibility for that. But as a customer—especially someone who wasn’t born here and isn’t familiar with all the terminology—I expected patience and professionalism, not disrespect. When I explained that his tone felt disrespectful, he dismissed my concern and said that was “my problem,” which only made the situation worse. The haircut itself (a one with a blowout) turned out fine, but the experience made me uncomfortable. When you’re paying $35 for a service, you should feel comfortable and respected, not talked down to. I would still recommend the barbershop because of the environment and other barbers, but I personally would not return to David. I hope management emphasizes customer communication and respect, especially for clients who may not know exactly what to ask for.

Tamzid, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We truly appreciate your honest feedback.

We’re glad to hear you like the shop overall, but we’re very sorry that your interaction did not meet the level of professionalism and respect we strive for. Every client should feel comfortable, heard, and guided through their options — especially when terminology can be unclear.

Your feedback is important to us, and we will absolutely address this internally to ensure better communication moving forward. That is not the experience we want anyone to have.

We appreciate you still recommending the shop, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience next time.

Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. JOSE MONTILLA was my barber and couldn’t do a fade, or anything I asked. Also couldn’t speak English and had to have ANOTHER barber come over and partially cut my hair as well as translate. Not even sure he’s a licensed barber. My dog could give me a better cut. Also took forever, I wanted it fixed but didn’t have another hour to sit there. Update: I called the owner, nice guy, he offered to fix my haircut for free but I was still annoyed that I had to waste time getting it done twice. Turns out the guy who cut my hair was really new. Wish they would have disclosed that beforehand.

I've been going to Andy for a while now, and he’s hands down one of the best barbers around. He’s personable, dependable, and always takes the time to make sure each cut is clean and exactly what I’m looking for. Whether it's a quick shape-up or a full cut, he consistently delivers top-notch results. Highly recommend him if you're looking for a barber who’s professional, skilled, and easy to talk to.

Been going to Andy for almost 10 years now and he is by far the best. I’ve been so happy with Andy I’ve followed him to each location he’s been at. Now, he’s got Andy’s Barber Studio which is a phenomenal establishment. Welcoming environment, all the barbers acknowledge you and say hello when you come go. Makes you feel like a family. Couldn’t recommend more!
Owner's response

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I walk in and ask if anyone can cut me up. German says he got clients soon but can take me real quick. I tell him I want an 8 guard buzz with a mid taper, 2 guard on the sides. My fault for not realizing he was just tryna squeeze in an extra $30 before his next client. I get in the chair, explain everything again, but dude doesn’t listen. Instead of a mid taper, he gives me a high 2 guard fade. I stop him immediately, but it’s too late. I try to work with him to fix it, but he straight up says “it can’t be done.” He rushes through the rest of the cut in like 15-20 minutes because his client shows up, and it’s one of the worst haircuts I ever got. Still charges me the full $30. I go to another shop not too far away, and the owner looks at my hair and says, “this is one of the worst haircuts I ever saw” and even tells me I “should write a review on the barber.” He points out “a lot of overlapping,” the “fade was weak,” and that my lineup was “trash and pushed down.” He says he can fix it, but I’d need a proper cut at his price. I tell him I don’t got it, so he does some small touches and doesn’t take any money from me. Then I go to another barbershop, and the owner there finishes the job, fixes up the taper and lineup, and charges me only $10. DONT GO TO GERMAN ESPECIALLY if you don’t have an appointment. He’ll rush your cut, mess you up, and still take your money. The barbershop itself ain’t bad—my brother goes there and gets clean cuts—but German is NOT it.
