I’ve been cutting my hair here over two years and I love it. I followed Ruben from the Merrick Park location to the Pinecrest location because he is an amazing barber. He truly is skilled and loves what he does. I always look forward to not only getting a haircut from him, but also to our conversations. Very respectful and a true professional. I won’t go anywhere else for a haircut.

Today, November 5th, while driving north on US1 at 5:15 pm, I stopped at The Spot Barbershop in Pinecrest. Upon arrival, I requested a basic haircut from any available barber, anticipating a potential wait since I didn't have an appointment. The front desk attendant couldn't schedule an appointment due to computer issues but immediately approached Ruben. He glanced at me, and his reaction seemed negative. The attendant returned to inform me that no barbers were available for the next two to three hours and suggested I try the next barbershop in Dadeland. I found the entire experience unprofessional and uncomfortable, highlighting their lack of customer service etiquette. As a longtime client of the Coral Gables location, I have consistently had positive experiences there, making this visit particularly disappointing.

We absolutely love coming here. Joel is the best with my boys. This location is not close to us, however we drive all the way here just for him. Highly recommend. Friendly staff as well.

Julio is the best barber and treats my boys so well. They love going to him with picture ideas and he does not disappoint. Definitely a talented barber that does a fantastic job. Will not go anywhere else.

After reading other reviews, I booked an appointment online with Nick. I had been growing out my beard for 4 months and it was in need of some help.
