15 years ago I started cutting my hair at headzup(Miami Gardens) then switched to Pines location and hands down Headzup is the best barbershop in the city, atmosphere is always a vibe while getting haircut, highly recommended everyone to get a haircut with any of the talented barbers.

I’ve been to a lot of barbershops, but this one stands out. The atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The barbers skilled, and really take the time to listen to what you want. Booking was easy, and I didn’t have to wait long. Prices are fair for the quality of service. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fresh cut and solid service. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I have been coming to this shop since it has first opened and the owner(Willie) has been my barber since he was cutting out of the Headz up I, which is owned by his dad. Willie is very professional and considerate of your time and strive to accommodate you if there is any on the fly emergencies. I recommend anyone to attend this shop as the entire crew always display great organization, professionalism, and business ethics!

Best barbershop in the area hands down. Everyone is super friendly. Always punctual and haircut is always 10/10. Music is always on point and the shop is a vibe. You can always catch a laugh while getting your cut. If you’re looking for a haircut, this is the place to come! 10/10 recommend.

I came here expecting a good experience, as ive gotten my hair cut with headzup since i was a child and now a father i wanted my son to go down the route too but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The barber I was told to wait for was nowhere to be found, and when he finally arrived, he seemed uninterested in cutting my son’s hair. Instead of greeting us professionally, he joked with the other barber who had called him, saying, “I got you next time, you’re funny.” Sensing his attitude, I asked if there was an issue and said I could take my business elsewhere. His response was, “Nah, nah, but will he stay still?”—which is not the way to speak to a customer. Despite this, I still allowed him to cut my son’s hair and even tipped him. However, throughout the entire cut, he was on the phone trying to arrange an after-hours meeting for what sounded like personal business. His demeanor was unprofessional—he looked irritated, sucked his teeth, and gave off an unpleasant attitude the entire time. While the haircut itself turned out great, his customer service was severely lacking. A professional barber should know how to conduct himself in a workplace, especially when working with children. I understand the shop talk and atmosphere, but if you claim to be kid-friendly, then you should actually uphold that standard rather than just advertise it. If assigning my son to this barber was some sort of inside joke, then congratulations, but professionalism should come first. I highly recommend improving customer service, especially when it comes to young clients.

I've been bringing my boys here for years. Love the service and the clean place. The barber Jordan is always on time, very professional. My boys always look so sharp leaving there. I highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a barber, or you're new to the area and not sure where to go. This is the spot if you want the job done right.

Been coming here a few years. I like to get a different barber every time as a walk-in and see each unique skill they have to offer. This last time I went was probably the best cut so far. The amount of detail is impeccable. Ofc you know it’s a good haircut when your girl goes crazy with the new style too. Chill barber shop, great vibe with the music and the prices are fair they don’t rob you. I recommend for anyone looking for a new place.

I brought my son to Headz Up 2 today for a haircut. I was pleasantly surprised to be welcomed by a very kind barber as I walked in. His name was Barber Jay. He not only gave my son an amazing haircut but he treated me, as a lady, with such respect. He made us feel like family. I really appreciated his customer service. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend that anyone with children visit Headz Up 2 barbershop.

Great barbers, very friendly providing excellent customer service. Showed up without an appointment and no issues. I recommend this barbershop to everyone in south Broward and north Dade county. Great quality haircuts with first class service.
