I came in for the first time today as a walk-in to get my beard and eyebrows done for a wedding and was attended by Raphael. While he was polite, the service itself was disappointing. Hair around my mustache was missed, and I ended up with several cuts (pictured). No moisturizer or post-shave product was applied afterward. My eyebrows were also left uneven, particularly in the middle. I ultimately had to go home and fix everything myself. I hate leaving such a low review because Raphael was kind and the price was reasonable ($15, though I paid $20), but this experience fell well below expectations, especially for something as visible as a beard before an event. If you haven’t worked on beards in a while, it would be better to be upfront about that. For customers: if you decide to come here, be very explicit about what you want before the service begins.

I love my son female barber. She is reliable, communicates with her client, never let me down and she delivers exceptional work every time. I love when ppl asks who cuts my son hair. Ms. A always has his tape line sharp, designs perfect, and she turn his naps into curls instantly with her magic. Excuse my son hair now, he didn't want to be bother the next day combing it but trust me, his curls be on point... I highly recommend this talented barber😍

Scheduled an appointment with Amanda. Walking in 10 mins early she said she won't cut my hair cause she has two people in front of me. Don't bother booking an appointment because she does not value your time. Won't give this location another chance

The best barber shop in Miami my son have been going to Anthony for about 12 years or more since they was inside the mall great customer services hair cuts are always neat and well done🙏🏾

I recently visited Chris at The Cut Barbershop, and it was an exceptional experience. Chris is an outstanding barber who provides top-notch service. The shop has a welcoming atmosphere, Chris and staff are friendly and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting Chris at The Cut barbershop. You won't be disappointed!

As a first time customer walking in not knowing how things work, the greeting was not nice. I asked how does this work as it's our first time the guy the lady that was cutting someone's hair spoke low and told us go to the guy across from her. That same guy told us to go to the Spanish girl that barely spoke English. I explained first hair cut do you have pictures of styles and went from there. They all kept looking through out the process as she went along. Not cool, it felt like they were waiting for her to mess up. The vibes from them was not cool at all. As it was graduation day everywhere else was packed. The lady with the dreads was really nice and put is at ease. The hair cut came out cool, not a 100% like the picture but, still came out nice. A three for the lady with the dreads that had more customer service and friendly smile. Thank you.

Anthony has been my barber for 16 years and counting, and he always hooks me up with a fresh cut every time. Consistent and professional. Can't ask for anything more.

Barber was extremely rough. Cut me , grabbed my head hard and whatever but that’s aside from why i’m giving this place a one star review. i got two separate haircuts since going here and my hairline has yet to recover from the horrible haircut and it makes me look completely unprofessional and i hope that my hair can one day recover.

Been going here for a year or two now and the cuts are decent at best, I want to say they get the job done but the lining is always off, pushed back, or lopsided. The barbers catch attitude when you mention how u dont want them cutting your hair, they drink alcohol freely while giving cuts. The barbers are rookies except for about 2 of them. The shop as a whole is extremely unprofessional I would not suggest going here. I know 3 people personally who told me to stop going there and I finally listened. Do not get fooled by the good reviews, they are absolutely trash. dont believe me? go in and find out for yourself. LOL

Not the most inviting place to look at from the outside. Work is being done by the owner in the inside to improve it. But honestly the way you feel inside it's great. Family owned, makes you feel like you've just walked into being part of their community. There's a pool table that could be used meanwhile a barber is available or even just to "chill" and enjoy some time with everyone. Cuts are very well done, and barbers are engaging, so you won't sit for 20 - 30 minutes in silence. They'll talk and you could and should talk to them get to know them. I'll definitely go back and recommend to my friends. I walked in as a stranger and left as friend.
