I’ve only had positive experiences here I’ve been coming for two years. The atmosphere is nice and all the barbers are professional and nice. If you’re looking for a barbershop in Miramar this is the place.

Good place, to go get your line up or ever a nice clean fresh cut. Its hard to find a good spot like this, socail, frendly , and most important good barbers, my go to barber is Roché he also cut my head for my wedding did a great good 👍

Been coming here for about a year and it's usually a solid spot. But I gotta say, my experience with Jose last week was pretty disappointing. Jose was on his phone the entire time…taking calls, texting, barely paying attention to what he was doing. Not surprisingly, he completely screwed up my haircut. When I mentioned it, zero apology. Just acted like it wasn't a big deal. Look, we all make mistakes, but when you mess up someone's hair, at least acknowledge it and try to make it right. The attitude was what really got me, just pure arrogance. Step 1: Learn to apologize. Ego will kill your business amigo. The shop itself is fine and I've had decent cuts before, but Jose needs to learn some basic customer service. Put the phone down, focus on your client, and if you screw up, own it. It's really that simple. Management might want to have a conversation. about phone use during cuts and how to handle mistakes professionally. Good barbers are hard to find, but so are customers who keep coming back. I said to myself, "Why not give this guy another shot?" So I go to the booking app, and I notice that he blocked me. Wow! That's called maturity.

This is my favorite barbershop. I usually visit it very frequently and with each visit I want to return sooner than expected. My barber is Roche Barber, excellent service, unique treatment and the best at what he does. If you visit this place, seek out his services. I promise you won't regret it.
