My boyfriend has been getting his haircuts here for a while, and when he asked if there was someone available who could do women’s haircuts, he was told that Beatriz could cut my hair for $30. Since my haircut request is the easiest possible — just trimming my long hair into a straight line, I thought it would be simple. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst haircut experience I have ever had. Beatriz does not speak any English, so communication was almost impossible. She asked me to look down, which I assumed was just the beginning of the haircut. I stayed looking down for about 3 minutes, waiting for her to continue, only to be told that we were already finished. What she had done was just cut across my hair while my head was down and considered that “the haircut.” There was no proper technique, no checking, no balancing, no adjustments, nothing!! The result is uneven and now I have to get it cut again somewhere else to fix it. That means I lost twice the length of my hair that I had been growing. When my boyfriend spoke with the barber about this, instead of acknowledging the poor job, the response was: “What did you expect for $30, a full service?” That kind of comment is completely unacceptable. First of all, a straight-line trim is the most basic haircut and does not cost more than $30 anywhere. Second, it’s not about “full service” — it’s about doing the job correctly, regardless of the price. If this shop cannot properly perform women’s haircuts, they should not be offering them at all. I left not only upset, but shocked at the audacity of being asked to pay for a service that was done incorrectly. Instead of asking me for $30, they should be offering an apology and taking accountability. My experience shows a complete lack of professionalism, skill, and respect for customers. If you are a woman considering coming here for a haircut, please don’t make the same mistake I did. This place is not equipped to do women’s cuts, and what happened to me should never happen to anyone else.

Hands down the best barbershop I’ve been to! The vibe is great, the staff is friendly, and the cuts are always on point. You can tell they really care about their craft and take the time to get it right. I always leave feeling fresh and confident. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top quality haircut and experience!

I've been coming to Jean Carlos for the last 6 months and this guys fades are incredible. On top of being a great barber, he's reliable, responsive and friendly. Let me not oversell him so I can't get in though 😂.

I love this place so much in my 16 years I never like how other barbers left my hair but last Saturday it changed I love this barber shop so much I’m sticking with this barber my friend recommended me the place and this place is js fantastic I didn’t think it was gonna turn out so good best barber in Miami Florida 💯💯💯⭐️

One of the best barbershops in the Little Havana area. Been coming to this barbershop for 12 years with my son all the way from Pompano Bay and they never fail to leave us feeling satisfied with our haircuts. Great music, clean environment, friendly customer service. Highly recommend!

I have been bringing my son for years. There is no other barber that I would trust. Great service. With Amanda you are guaranteed perfection. She takes her time and is very detailed. 100% would recommend.
