Shame I tried to make this my neighborhood shop, but this little group can’t wait to give a bad haircut. Must have gotten trained by Stevey wonder. Not a one off. I even tried taking the “free” shot once and it didn’t make staff nicer or haircut better smh.

Edison was great! Great treatment from start to finish. He gives amazing grooming advice, offers complimentary drinks, and even uses a massage gun which gave the experience that extra touch. Highly recommend!

Best Barbershop in town! My barber Edison is the best barber I’ve ever had. His hospitality to the field is something special. Please go pay him a visit! He’s able to cut in all different ways. You will be feeling confident with him.

Edison is hands down one of the best barbers l've ever had. He's always friendly, professional, and consistently on time. What I really appreciate is how attentive he is—he always takes the time to ask exactly what I need, whether it's the style of my haircut, a shampoo, or even offering me a drink to make the experience more comfortable. He goes above and beyond to accommodate me every visit, and it never feels rushed. You can really tell he takes pride in his work and cares about his clients. I've been a client at this barbershop for about four years now, and for the last two, Edison has been my go-to guy for haircuts. He’s an awesome barber, and I’m really into his work. Plus, his service is top-notch! If you're at the Edgewater location, definitely ask for Edison he’s the best!

A friend recommended this place while I was visiting and man was it a great experience! Really liked the set up, super unique. Service was great just make sure to set your appointment in advance. Was able to get in and out and they offer a full service. Cut, wash, free drink of your choice, massage and some games to play while waiting. Wish I had this place in my hometown! My barber also gave me a few places to check out and I'm so happy he did because my first stop from here was wynwood which I would not have even known about and it was amazing!

The quality of the haircut matters, but the experience is why I visit this place. JC has the ability to transform my look with a haircut and great conversation, but getting a haircut at what basically feels like a bar is the real reason I love The Spot.

The place itself and the barbers are very welcoming and friendly. I love that they serve you some colada and drinks. I did have a somewhat bad experience in the beginning because I had to wait for like 45 mins for someone to cut my hair, but then Misael squeezed me in and was really friendly and talented. Would definitely return.
