Jenny was AMAZING. It was just as much an in-depth lesson on how I should get my curly hair cut as it was a haircut itself. I’ve been getting my hair cut wrong for years. The shop itself is a great vibe. Will only be going here from now on.

Absolutely top-notch experience at The Spot Barbershop in Brickell Heights. I had my beard trim with Ruben this morning, and he was exceptional. He took the time to really listen to my instructions on the beard trim, confirmed the details before starting, and made sure throughout that I was comfortable with the progress. His attention to detail, skill, and professionalism truly stand out. Ruben is personable, confident, and clearly takes pride in his craft — he genuinely made the experience one of the best I’ve ever had at a barbershop. The overall service from the rest of the team was equally impressive — from the warm greeting at the front to being offered a drink and made to feel completely at home. The entire staff delivers an upscale, client-focused experience that sets a new standard for barbershop service in Miami. This was genuinely one of the best barbershop visits I’ve had anywhere. Highly recommend Ruben and the team at The Spot Barbershop in Brickell Heights — I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in town.

This is the only place i trust to get a haircut at. Jenny always takes care of me and accommodates me. The epitome of what good customer service is all about! They’ll go above and beyond to give you a great experience when you come in. And now apparently they’re working on a speakeasy through an hidden door inside the location. Very much looking forward to that.

One of the best places to get a haircut! They are super hospitable, offering free coffee, water and even one shot of liquor when you arrive. The staff is amazing and I get my haircut by Ruben. Ruben is an amazing barber and makes sure you look your best when you leave. Haircuts are very quick here too, so if you’re in a rush and need to look nice, definitely stop by.

Went to The Spot today to get a head shave before leaving on a cruise trip tomorrow morning as I didn’t have time to do it back home before I came. My barber, Nelson, was awesome. He made sure I had my drink, took care of my head shave, and it was a top of the line service. He also made sure I understood him as I’m deaf and yeah just an overall great experience: The massage at the end was great! If you need any kind of hair or face service, go to The Spot- Barbershop in Brickell Heights and make an appointment with Nelson! 100%

Julian is hands down the best barber I’ve ever had. His attention to detail is insane… he doesn’t miss a single hair. The fades and tapers he gives are unmatched, easily the best known to man. Every cut is precise, clean, and tailored exactly how I want it. You can tell he truly takes pride in his craft.
