I walk in without an appointment. Immediately I’m greeted and sat in a barber chair. In and out no problems. I’ve had my hair cut by all the barbers and they’ve all done a great job. I found my new barber shop. 🤙🏻

I scheduled appointments with Josue on two consecutive days, and he failed to appear for either. On the first day, after multiple attempts to contact him, he texted me to state he was off, despite his booking availability allowing me to schedule the appointment. He offered a complimentary service as compensation. Subsequently, I booked an appointment for the following day, September 2nd, and he was again a no-show. Despite numerous calls and messages, I received no response. The barber on duty indicated Josue had been present earlier. I waited from 12:00 noon until 12:45 pm without any communication. While Josue's skills are commendable, his lack of professionalism and communication is disappointing. The round trip from Miami to his shop, approximately a 45-55 minute drive, resulted in a significant waste of time due to the lack of communication.

I don’t frequent this shop and I’ve had the same barber for the last 12 years. With that said, I pass by it every weekend when I go to Publix. Today, I dropped a $100 Visa gift card, didn’t notice, and the barber in the first chair to the left came out in the middle of a haircut to let me know I dropped something. It shows what great people work there and the service they provide. The shop is always clean too.
