Avoid Gonzalo at all costs. Worst haircut I’ve received and the bar isn’t high. Incredibly rough when trimming and then chops the top off totally without even evening the lengths on all sides. I’m visibly frustrated and when I go to pay he physically pushes me. Incredibly unhinged individual.

Good Afternoon, we are sorry to hear that. When you sat down on Gonzalo chair, he was going step by step on the cut. Gonzalo kept asking you if everything was okay and gave you time to put on your glasses to verify. In none of those moments did you say that something was wrong. You did not pay and we do apologize for any offense that Gonzalo did.

Came in here for a haircut, first time ever with Gonzalo,he was fantastic, paid attention to every thing I asked and took great care with the details. Very happy with the cut I'll be back!

Gonzalo is a great guy and skilled barber. Even though I only come once every 3-4 weeks, he remembers exactly how I want my hair cut and what drink I want. Ask for him whenever you come in!

Guys make sure to ask for Gonzalo, he is the best barber in Brickell, and if you’re lucky you’ll find Zoe, she’ll treat you with the best hand massage during your service. Totally worth it, I’ve been coming to this place for more than a year!

Gonzalo was great – very professional and gave me a really clean, sharp haircut. ZOE at the front was also super kind and helped me book my appointment easily. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend the services here.

Amazing fade & beard trim with Gonzalo. I deff recommend. I even got a mani/pedi while he faded me! so convenient that it was a one stop shop to feel fresh while in Miami!

I just got a haircut from Gonzalo and the experience was excellent. His work is remarkably well done, with real attention to the client. I even got to enjoy a massage that deeply relaxed me. He truly listened to what I wanted and gave me a very professional haircut. I’ll definitely come back.

The worst 4 month experience I’ve had. This is the first negative review I’ve ever left, and for a reason. I purchased the subscription plan which was $750. When I made appointments, I almost NEVER got the barber I specifically asked for when I arrived. I would get passed to someone else I didn’t want, and I would have to wait 1 hour most of the time. This happened almost every time. Communication is horrendous. They don’t book you for the right person or the correct time. Avoid at absolutely all costs - do NOT buy the subscription. Also, at the end of the haircut subscription, I had 8 beard trims remaining that that the OWNER said I couldn’t use bc I ended my haircuts despite 2 people telling me I could.

We came in really close to closing and they still welcomed us so kindly! Everyone was super friendly, did an amazing job on our hair, and the prices are honestly the best you’ll find in Miami. Elena the owner is so sweet and helpful. You can tell they really care about their customers — highly recommend this place!
