Been taking my son to this location for a few months already. Two visits ago I sat down and waited 15 minutes before setting up to leave. I ended up going with a male barber since the female barber I had scheduled with seemed to have taken someone right before I got there, very inconsiderate. The cut with the male barber came out good so I used him the last time again. Today I made an appt for 5:15PM with the same barber. I got there around 5:05PM and expected to a wait a bit cause i was early. However, the clock kept ticking with no acknowledgement from the male barber or lady who works the front regarding the delay. First it was 5:20 then 5:25 then 5:30 and finally, after watching the male barber take his sweet time with the customer who obviously sat down right before I got there, it was 5:35PM and I got up and left. Making someone wait 20 minutes past the appt time is not acceptable, especially that I am there with a 3 year old. Obviously this place does not value appt's or their customers time. I'll be finding somewhere else in Kendall.

Elkis is the best! The studio was very clean and everyone there are so friendly! She’s particularly amazing, the only person my son has been able to sit still for without electronics, I will keep coming back until he leaves the nest lol

Very welcoming environment! Barbers pay attention to detail. They were very considerate of parents request with the kids cut. The results both for the kids and myself were great! Marilyn and Tatiana were great with the kids. Junior did a great job with my haircut. My first time visiting…will definitely come back!

This place is the best. From the moment you walk in, You are greeted by a beautiful smile. All the barbers are friendly and great at what they do. My barber Marylin always leaves me feeling and looking good. She's completely amazing at what she does . Always goes above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. This place has a good family environment. It's what a barbershop is supposed to be. Anyone who says different. Is out of their mind.

Primos Barber Shop provides outstanding service every time. They are super attentive and highly professional. My son Jon loves going there, and as a parent of a child with special needs, I truly appreciate the kindness and patience they show him. It’s always a great experience at Primos. Five-stars from the online booking, to the moment you are greeted upon entry by reception and the barbers who have become like an extended family, being seated with a cafecito and groomed by expert hands. I’ve been getting groomed by Primos Kendall, specifically Elky, for quite a few years, and I now take our boys with me. I keep returning due to the consistency, cleanliness, safe and attentive environment from all. I recommend anyone wanting to experience a safe, clean, family friendly, classic barbershop without the urban riff-raff, to stop by any of their locations grab, a cafecito and enjoy the excellent experience.

Primos is just a great gentleman’s 💈 barbershop. It’s a high class place you can get a haircut and shave 🪒 at. Recommend Brandon to cut your hair - in and out quick! So if you’re a busy guy like me - get over to Primos! I brought my five kids in too with me and we were treated like family!
