My first visit in this shop was good can’t complain. The haircut came out exactly how I always get it. But today I came in for a walk in & I assume I was directed to the new barber which I didn’t mind trying someone new, but the cut was extremely poor effort zero consistency on the top clearly not well trimmed, I had to come home to do it myself. I asked for a fade but I could clearly see the the line which is suppose to be faded off. As a customer I should be told before my hair cut that I might be getting cut from an Apprentice or something. Not trying to shame the barber I’m sure he tried his best knowing he took an hour to do a skin fade. But on a business stand point of things maybe have better communication with customers or even try looking at the barber’s work before hiring. I would hate to say this is my last time coming here.

Kevin, thank you for giving us your feedback good or bad it’s always needed so we can make the adjustments to become a better business. When you walked in I asked you if you have visited us before, I believe you said no. If you got a good haircut on your first visit I wish you would have asked for the same barber as the first time as it’s clear you were satisfied the first time. I’m sorry your haircut wasn’t the way you liked it. I can give you a free haircut on the house with maybe the barber who cut you the first time or with one of our more experienced barbers. I hope we can win your business back and if not it’s ok too. Thank you for your feedback and we will monitor our new barbers' progress.

Been going to this shop now for about 2 years now with my barber Chris and he always leaves my haircut top notch. Friendly staff alongside the great renovation they have done including Big Kahunakava for fresh, home refreshments and snacks. Suggested for anyone, any day of the week.

Was able to make an appointment via email for a clean shave on my way through Miami (from Peru back home to Canada). Wanted to clean off my 2 weeks in the jungle, and was grateful for such prompt (and remote) customer services. When I arrived they were ready for me, and It was an incredibly professional and relaxing clean shave - best I've ever had. Highly recommend.

I been going here for over 6 months and it has been great every time. I'm usually an introvert in barbershops but they all have a good time. Its $25 a cut but if your tape is as clean as mine, give a tip ;)

Hands-down the best barbershop in Miami! Very cool vibe and excellent service. I textmy barber in advance, and he lets me know if he’s busy. Every barber there does great work, and cuts your hair quickly, but more importantly does a great job. Also, I love that I can pay with CashApp! I’ve been going every two weeks for the last 5 or 6 months, and plan to keep going for years to come. I would highly recommend Just Faded to anyone who wants a quality cut!

Just Faded is the best barber shop in Miami. I have been getting my hair cut with the owner of the barbershop since i was 15 years old. Alain is the only person that has touched my head in years, All the barbers are really good, Very clean barbershop. As soon as you walk in you feel like your at home, Everyone is always joking and having a good time inside, If you don"t bring cash they have an ATM inside, Also if you have to wait for your Haircut they have TV's everywhere so you wont be bored, I have even played with the PS4 while waiting. If you want to be treated like a person and not just a haircut I suggest you come to this barbershop.

Hands down the best BarberShop in South Florida. I've been coming to this ship since day one. Best Barbers, cool spot, good place for the entire family to come and get a cut since is very affordable as well. While you are waiting you can play some pool.

It is very hard to find good barbers in the downtown, midtown area. Trust me I have been to many. In the past I would wait to go to New York to get cuts cause it sucked so bad down here. This place is good and just about all the barbers cut good. Price is the same as most places, $20 For a cut $15 for kids. But I also really like the vibe. Other places want to be super hood and blast music with profanity. I have a soon and don't appreciate that. If it's me alone it's cool but not with my kid. Fun cool place. Parking is a gamble but w.e I'll pay if it's worth it.
