I’ve been coming here for about a year now. Everyone is nice and welcoming. I do my nails with Yadira and I couldn’t be happier! Shes detailed and very professional! The salon has a great variety of color selections. I’ve also done a blow dry and wax here and it’s been great!

Yadira, who works here, is excellent! She works fast and is very detailed oriented. She always provides great customer service and satisfies my requests every time I go. When there’s times that I have questions or need her guidance, she is always willing to provide it to me gently. She’s the best!

I made an appointment after doing my nails and feet three weeks ago. I intentionally did the appointment for my mother and myself. I come today and the receptionist cannot find my appointment despite remembering doing it, and saying as such. And then said she couldn't do anything, my appointment was cancelled and the technician should've called. Yet somehow they had my mother's appointment still and called to ensure she'd be coming in this morning. Instead of giving an alternative, trying to reschedule, or remedy somehow - the receptionist literally threw away business of two customers, one who was repeat customer. Horrible customer service!

I had an appointment with Lily, and she was waiting for me , so i didn't have to wait. HOWEVER, overall she didn't do a good job. She was done with my pedicure and gel in my hands in 45 mins. Barely removed cuticles, and didn't remove all the nail polish i had. I asked her to remove it and she said she couldn't because it was under the skin, which it wasn't true.

I have to say I am very impressed by the service here. I have been here twice with my daughter. The first time I was there I had to wait almost an hour (my daughter did not), it was the Friday before Mother's Day, they were extremely busy but so apologetic and concerned that I had to wait, offered me something to drink, it truly didn't bother me that I had to wait. I was back there today, had a 6 o'clock appointment (their last appointment) for myself and my daughter and thanks to Miami traffic I was running late. What should have been 10 minutes late turned into 25. When I got there the person who was going to do my nails had to leave, and could not do my nails(I understood). The person doing my daughter's nails was willing to stay even though we were late. I ended up doing my nails with her, they offered an appointment tomorrow for my daughter which wasn't good for me so I told them not to worry that it was fine. Shortly after I got started the owner offered to give my daughter a manicure because she really felt bad I, explained it wasn't necessary, but she insisted. After she finished, she said she couldn't leave her half - done and also gave her a quick pedicure. To boot, she didn't even charge me full price for my daughter's service. I am truly grateful and very impressed with their customer service.
