This young women is obnoxiously really rude. Don’t have any customer service experience and wants you to greet her when she’s supposed to be greeting her customers I just don’t get her then doesn’t want to tell me where are the items that I need to get highly disappointed… moral of the story non helpful and just rude

Horrible customer service during 4pm on December 8th the black young lady In there have a strong attitude like she’s mad at the world giving back hetic lip service and was worse than the dmv she need to be removed from the staff because I come to this store often and if not I’ll keep making reports because this was the worst experience ever . Please and thank you please fix her issue and attitude because it will ruin your business thx again and she didn’t want to give her name

Good evening, I went to buy some hair coloring product for my daughter on a Sunday. We usually go to the smaller beauty supply competitor close by this area. The establishment is clean, well stocked with many different hair and beauty products. The polite lady in front was nice. I wish they had some additional customer service assistance on the floor for any additional assistance in finding certain products or any questions. Maybe, it was a wrong time of the day to visit this beauty supply establishment? Thank you

I always shop here but today was like “yeah I’m not going any where else” Aram was supper helpful and sweet to my mom. She was a little hot and he offered her a water and was genuinely concerned about her. Love it and this store.

Visiting South Florida and someone told me of this place for hair supply. THERE IS A BEAUTY SALON IN THE BACK 😲🎉. GREAT business move👍 Dianis, the licensed beautician, did an incredible job on my hair! My hair is natural & had gotten many bad cuts. She blew dried it, cut it & educated me on how to care for my natural crown!!! HIGHLY recommend her & my new excuse to come South😍. LOVE THE ONE STOP BEAUTY CARE CONCEPT💖

The store had every color I needed the sales clerk was very courteous and helpful he was also really handsome 😊 the store is spacious and organized making easy to find what I needed quickly. I’ll definitely be back for my hair products.

I have been wanting a place to go for wigs without having to order online. This place has a wall and 3 shelves of lace fronts and extensions. But don’t forget hair gel! That’s here too! Maria was so sweet and helpful!
