Being open and honest On the surface the staff were friendly, but communication was very difficult. We confirmed we were supposed to wait as there was 1 gentleman Infront and we did exactly that. Despite this, we were jumped by others. When we raised the issue and asked if we’d been told to wait, there was suddenly no understanding of English at all. The owner’s reaction made it clear he didn’t care. Unreliable, unfair, and not worth the risk if you’re on a schedule. I genuinely hope he tries to reach out and apologise because he knows he done wrong!

Staff were polite but struggled with English, which made communication frustrating. We made the effort to confirm whether we should wait and were clearly told to do so. We waited patiently, only to be skipped while others who arrived later were served first. When we questioned this and asked whether we had been told to wait, communication suddenly broke down and nobody seemed to understand any English. The owner showed complete indifference. If you have plans or value your time, avoid this place.

Totally clueless. 5-6 barbers sat doing nothing. Empty shop. And a barber who didn’t know how to use a blade on a skin fade or beard. Needless to say I would not recommend this venue and didn’t stick around.

Great haircut and beard trim from Moises. Proper old school barber with great skills. Unfortunately he charged me $50 for a beard trim and an easy clipper number 1 on the sides and back. Tourist trap and pretending to no hablo Ingles so no tip left, sorry Moises but you stuffed me big time old man.

I’m extremely disappointed with the haircut I received. It felt rushed and incomplete, leaving me with a look that was far from what I expected. Unfortunately, it’s one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had. I had hoped for a more professional experience and attention to detail. I won’t be returning.

Very happy with the result but as mentioned in other reviews the barbers speak very little English. I walked in without an appointment and didn't have to wait at all. 30 Bucks for a little trimming felt a little steep, but I am not sure what the usual rate is in Miami Beach.

The best barbershop in Miami Beach. I've been a loyal customer for a number of years. Great service, modern interior, plenty of barbers, plus additional services if needed. Hector is the owner and did a great job transforming the old shop into a social oasis which it is today.

10/10 recommend My son wanted a “Miami haircut” and did they ever deliver! Didn’t get our barber’s name but he did amazing for both my son AND husband!
