The service here was amazing. I had an appt to be at and they made sure to get me out on time. They were also on time in starting me I booked another appt while still in the chair. Book Becky with the good hair NOW! Love how she does my hair and never takes all day.

I have been going to truly rooted over 3 years now. The staff is always so friendly. The owner i believe is Christian and t Christian worship songs and gospel music is always being played. Cherise, is my loctician . She is always on time and I have never left her chair unsatisfied.

When I step into this place it's like being home with family. The price is so reasonable and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I would never change my stylist they all are good. The owner is so compassionate about her work and customer's. You will never leave unhappy. God will continue to Bless the Business and all the staff in Jesus name. Amen!!

Great experience! They work well with kids, a great atmosphere, and the prices are affordable! They have very talented hair stylists. I have seen Jada and Fatima and they did a great job with my locs and my daughter's (10) hair, and both were really nice!

This is a salon that I will definitely come back to for my locs! I had some damage but when I tell you Alethia brought me back to life THATS EXACTLY WHAT SHE DID !! Being 6 months pregnant and having to sit a few hours while she blessed my locs I was extremely comfortable the entire time! The vibe is super relaxing, I was able to view the beautiful rain fall thru the beautiful windows at the salon. ! OVERALL it was a wonderful experience I love my hair style! Im thankful for her professionalism and I'm definitely referring friends and family to Truly Rooted.

I've been trying to find a salon in Lauderhill that is professional and proficient at their job and this place did not disappoint. Fatima did my hair and she was awesome. The other ladies were quiet pleasant and courteous with their clients. No gossip or inappropriate behavior happening. I think I've found myself a hairdresser.

Simply AMAZING!!! First time here but will not be my last, not going anywhere else after this. I don’t usually write reviews but I had too. I felt so welcomed and so comfortable. The entire environment is beautiful, everyone greets each other and is so polite. The knowledge and experience of the staff shows. Everyone I saw left with beautiful hair. No complaints with service. Alethia I must say Thank You!!! Not only for slaying my hair but for creating such a safe space. Don’t think Twice come here and get your hair done!! You will not regret it. So happy I found your shop!!

Alethia, can I just say what an experience to remember! She was extremely professional and punctual. This salon felt like home, almost as if I was visiting my aunt and cousins. They treated everyone like family. This was my first time here, I was referred by a great friend of mine. This will not be my last time coming to this salon. As for the experience, my nephew randomly had a nose bleed. Alethia handled it with ease, kept us calm, and allowed us to go to an urgent care. When we returned it was hours later and almost time for the salon to close but she stayed and completed my nephew's twist. This was the best customer service experience I ever experience and I wish them nothing but success in 2021. I recommend everyone to come by this salon to get your locs started or retwisted. At this shop you aren't guest, you're family! Oh and the starter locs look amazing!! Great job!

Leita was so amazing, I went on a Friday afternoon for the "Big chop " I was very nervous about the process and outcome. Let me tell u how pleasant she was. She calmly explained all the details of the process and what to expect. I was not disappointed at all, she did an amazing job. I got a lot of compliments on my new hair cut 😊 This is definitely my new spot for my hair care!

When I first walked in I was greeted with big smiles the girls were very professional neet and well versed at their craft they're fun to chat with and made time go by really fast I recommend this place for everyone and I will be returning and having all my hair maintenance done at this place shout out to my girl "Liz" that did my hair
