If you want a haircut service, for yourself, your children or the family, you have to come to EXCELLENCE BARBERSHOP, The name says it all, EXCELLENT, GOOD TREATMENT, PROFESSIONAL, ACCOMMODATING, WONDERFUL TEAM OF BARBERS, It's been my favorite place for a long time, it's difficult these days, and in this city, to find a service of this quality, if the reviews were 10 stars, I would give them to them, congratulations,

I went the first time and decide not come back but I’m back after maybe a year and definitely was a big mistake I’m not coming back. The second guy from the end to the front at the right side-from the entrance made the cut in literally less than 5 minutes and I have to fixed when I get home . He play with my money , with my time and with my son’s hair.

Excellent service and great work! My son has been getting his haircuts at this barbershop for about five years now. He always explains the style he wants, watches carefully in the mirror as the barber works, and if there’s anything he isn’t happy with, he communicates it and they fix it right away. He’s always very satisfied with the results. They are clean and efficient. They accept both cash and card. Definitely recommend!

Asked for a mid fade and little bit off the top with scissors. Ended up with the most uneven hair ive had ever. Left side is like 2 times longer than my right, gave me the highest fade ive had. Wouldnt say the barbershop is bad, just the barber.

The best barbershop in town. A family atmosphere. My son has gotten his hair cut there since they started the business. The service is exceptional.

I’ve been getting my haircut from this place for a while and I’m always happy with the results. The staff is friendly and it’s always a pleasure to be there. They’ll make you look and feel like a million bucks. Highly recommended!

Horrible customer service. Took my 2 sons to get a cut for the first time here. My first son was getting done a blowout which then the barber cut his hair with a very low fade. We explain that the cut was wrong it was a fade and if he can pick up the blending. He then complains and says if it was a problem we can go elsewhere. That a barber cuts the hair as he thinks fits. So we were upset and he then says that if we wanted he can lift it. Then one of the lady who works there gets offended and says to my brother are you a barber? You seem to know it all and he said I been doing my faded since I was 12 years old. You don’t need to be a barber to know what is a faded. The lady start to get angrier and louder as it offended her. I have a total of 4 boys and wish I can find a new barber down this area since I moved. But I will not be recommending anyone here. They lack professionalism and communication with a customer. Super rude!!! Do not waste your money or time going here not worth it!!

This is my second time here and it did not disappoint. If you are new to the area and need a barber. Come here because they are professional, their cuts are top notch and their customer service stellar. I got my cut with Miguel and he was super professional and delivered an amazing cut. Will definitely come again!

Do not receive a haircut from Ruben did a poor job cutting my son's hair, leaving patches on the right side that I didn't notice until I was in the car. When we arrived at a red light, I noticed a patch of hair on the left side and noticed bald patches on the right side of the head. I had to turn around and travel to the barbershop for a total of around ten minutes. Once there, I asked the man politely to fix the patches on my son's head. He asked, "Who did this to his hair?" and I responded that the only guy that had touched it ten minutes earlier. He declared that he would never commit errors of that nature. I asked, calmly, "Is there anything you can do?" Because I knew already where this was going. Then, as he was attempting to correct it, he began yelling that whoever touched his hair after we left should make it right and stop coming to him and blaming him for what occurred. I explained to Ruben that I don't own a fade machine and that it's impossible to leave the barbershop, go home, mess up the kids' hair, and then return in ten minutes. In order to avoid escalating the matter, I advised my kid to get off the chair and let’s go before I lose my cool. If you visit the barbershop, go with William, the person who did my hair.

Worst place I’ve ever attend to cut my hair. I can not say all of them, I don’t know the owner, but at least my experience related to the barbers that cut my hair was horrible. Unprofessional, talking between them about other’s customers in a demeaning and mocking way. They treat me like if you are asking for a favor and not paying for a service, they forgot completely the costumer service’s’ concept. They are rude, and my recommendation to the owner… pay attention to you business, this is not cuba where every body treats you like garbage, no matter where you go and no matter who you speak to. Thanks and have a god life.
