We had such a great experience with Carlitos! He was so patient and gentle with my 2-year-old, which is not easy at that age 😅. He made my son feel comfortable the entire time, and the haircut came out perfect! clean. You can tell he’s great with kids and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend!

Universal Barbershop is completely unprofessional. I called multiple times and was told there was no wait, yet I ended up wasting over 30 minutes with no acknowledgment. They clearly have no respect for their customers’ time. Despite being nearby, I’ll never return — and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Very welcoming to newcomers and attentive to walk-ins. The Dominican barber did a great job and made sure I was pleased. The shop is kept very well lit from multiple angles with ring lights, clean floors, large mirrors, air nozzles to blow off clippings. Very professional studio.

I had scheduled an appointment with Andrea today, first time at the shop. Showed her a picture, she took time to understand what I wanted and then did an amazing job! I would recommend her and the shop in general any day of the week! Definitely will come back

Went today for the first time. I had to get a new barber since mine (of 6 years) moves too far. I looked at local barbershop online and saw the good reviews for Universal Barbershop. I walked in around 10:30am on Thursday and was greeted right away by Jey who ended up taking care of me. I quickly explained to him what I wanted and he went to work. He cut my hair as if he had been cutting my hair for years. With confidence and precision. Given it was the first time he did it, he did it quickly. I was very please with how perfectly he cut my hair. Cost of the haircut was $35 +$10 tip. I asked for his contact information because I found my new barber. Strongly recommend Jey. I can’t speak for the other barbers but they all looked very skilled and professional. The shop was clean looking and modern.
