Amazing salon and an absolutely fantastic stylist! Irina is a true professional. She did an outstanding job with both the coloring and the haircut — the result is simply perfect. Very attentive, skilled, and with a great sense of style. I’m extremely happy and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

I called to book an appointment for my child so am very careful with who I allow to cut my childs hair. A man answered rudely and in a snobby manner in Russian/English that they were booked up until January and offered no waiting list. He mentioned another stylist name but would not tell me in English or Russian when she would be in or if she could cut children's hair. He proceded to hung up the call on me rudely. You need to provide customer service in Miami and I guess the male owner/ employee does not care about customers. The website says good for kids. Based on my interaction, I would beware, especially for kids.

On the day I called to make an appointment, the gentleman asked me to text a photo of the haircut I wanted. I did so. Then the next day, the person who was going to cut my hair ask me to open the picture again on my phone. He looked at it for maybe 10 seconds. Then he proceeded to cut a great deal off of my head, leaving me looking like nothing resembling the picture. I asked him for straight bangs; he slanted them to the right. I asked for them to be cut at the eyebrow level, and he left them long. I really believe that Eugene doesn’t understand English that well, or he really doesn’t care. If you’re a woman with short hair, do not visit this salon.

Absolutely love getting my haircut at Mr & Mrs HAIR SALON! Oleg is the best — super skilled, friendly, and really takes the time to make sure everything looks perfect. The vibe in the shop is relaxed and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients. Always a great experience from start to finish.
