This place is a chain on the same block. Your classic egotistical boys club, hood joiny. They all have the same macho business practice. If you don't know anyone. They'll just ignore you. If you say hi to everyone when you walk in. They just look at you like you're weird for being there. Ppl with no appointments will go before you just because they know the handshake. There's a barbershop on every corner but these ppl think they're movie stars. They have no common business practice. Hey Osmani. Teach your ppl how to be real businessmen. Or at least stop acting like 12 yr Olds playing pool while you got customers waiting to be even spoke to. Yall are a joke. Taking 40min to run a fade. Diva joint for macho Hispanic men stuck in the 90s.

I tried giving this Barber shop a second time around given its near a business. Unfortunately ,I have experienced the worst customer service and basic attentiveness for a Barber shop . The previous comments are 100 percent spot on, seems none of the barbers want to make money nor acknowledge a walk in customer . Just lost close $30 to 40 out of the door for a quick cut. They seriously need to make changes ;as a service industry . I waited for service and was never acknowledged and(1) Barber was laying around and seemed he was too lazy to work. Please note this is the second occurrence happening in two separate visits By visiting this location twice it reassures me this place is terrible and makes me appreciate other friendly Barber locations.

I specifically asked if they could cut black hair. They should've said no. The barber said yes, he tried to comb through my hair with a tiny comb, cut too much of my hair, didn't taper it at all. Was terrible. I had to go straight to another shop.

One of the best barber shops I've been to. Extremely professional and attentive to detail as well as satisfying the clients needs. This is one of the few places that still values clients over making money. Their goal is to keep customers happy to keep them coming back and I can tell you that after my haircut today they have a new client. The outside or the location may look run down but the interior is very nice and clean. The employees do speak mostly Spanish and some do speak English as well. The haircuts they provide are top tier especially when it comes to fades or blowouts. They also do eyebrows here and haircut designs, as well as having a professional salon area if you have longer hair. They also provide entertainment such as TV and music. The prices are also very fair for the quality of work done, regular haircuts start at $12 and beard trims start at $5. I would recommend this barber shop to anyone who lives near it or is just looking for a very well done professional cut. Update 08/25/2023: I came in on a Friday morning at 9AM and there were only 2 barbers and both were busy. By around 9:30AM one of the barbers was done and had no clients for the next 30 minutes but just sat there. I had already been waiting an hour (10AM) with about 8 barbers total and not one had asked me if I needed a haircut. The service here is terrible and it seems no one wants to make money or attend clients that walk in. I would highly discourage anyone from coming to this shop.

They made me wait 45 min because no one wanted to cut my hair. I also heard the owner reffer to me as the hairy guy which I didn't appreciate because obviously thats whats going on. They took 4 walk-ins before deciding to finally cut my hair and at that point I didn't feel comfortable anymore in this place. Absolutely the worst experience I've had in a barber shop let alone in a public place in general. I'm a paying customer just like everyone else. Highly recommend people go some where else. I've never dealt with this kind of discrimination.....

I took my son to get a haircut yesterday and the man did not cut my sons hair how I wanted. I showed him a picture because I don’t speak Spanish and no one spoke English. I was frustrated to see my sons full head of hair to turn into being left with a small patch of hair on top. The man did not clean up the edges around his head and pushed his line up to far back on one side. At the crown of his head he made it short and spiked. He kept using the thinning scissors on his head and that I couldn’t understand because I did not ask for that and also why would you thin a child hair out . I wanted a scissor trim with a comb over and a line up around his head pretty much how every trendy comb over looks at the moment and that’s not what we walked out with. The man who cut my hair was the second chair on the right of walking in from the side door. Very unsatisfied.

The best barber shop I have gone in a long time. All the barber are great and they are great with the kids. Yordi handled my son with such great care and very patient with him. My son is 19 months and he did an outstanding job with his hair

I take my 6 year old son that has autism and my son loves the place. He calls it rock and roll place. I make his appointment and when we get there is fast service. Rafael is a great barber and very nice with us.

I went there for a haircut with my son and didn't even get a greeting when I walked in. I waited about 15-20 mins for a spot to open up but it seems that if you walked in and knew a barber you got seated immediately. If not, its haircut purgatory. We ended up just walking out after 3 people got seated before us even though we had been waiting patiently before anyone else. My suggestion is if you don't know someone here, don't waste your time.
