Chobby Kutz gave me a great haircut and wash. The shop was clean and he did an amazing job. Go to school in Michigan and still get my hair cut with him when I come down. Won’t let anyone else touch my hair!

Chobby has been cutting my son and my husbands hair for quite some time. He pays attention to detail and is always very patiejt with my son. He always makes sure to make you feel welcome. Make sure to ask for chobby when you go. He's awesome !

This is a phenomenal barber shop but even better than the barber shop itself is my longtime barber Dave who cuts hair there . . . Dave can only be described as a barber’s barber!!! He is as professional as they come and gives all kinds of haircuts (he’s cut my son’s hair as well) . . . he cuts my hair in a special way to cover my bald spots and I’ve even seen other barbers in the barber shop consult with him when cutting other customer’s hair or trimming their beards. A great experience all around with such a terrific barber although it’s best to make an appointment in advance when planning on going there to have your hair cut by Dave!!!

Hands down the worst haircut I’ve ever had. It’s been almost a month and I’m still recovering from the damage because of how poorly my hair is growing out. I walked in with a beautiful head of hair and left with a horrible, unfinished product. This was my first time ever going to a barber outside of my home country, and it was such a nightmare that I will never do it again. I showed a reference photo and gave clear instructions: a little off the top and a low taper fade. Instead, Chris left me completely chopped. The back was left extremely heavy (which i had asked to not make it so heavy) and wasn't blended at all, leaving me looking like a mushroom. It was so bad that my girlfriend, who has no experience cutting hair, had to go in and blend the back herself just to make it presentable. For $75 CAD, I am beyond disappointed. I was referred to Chris by a friend and, while the treatment there was pleasant, the actual result was a disaster. I asked for bangs and some texture in the front, but he proceeded to overly texture my entire head. I have really thick hair, yet he thinned the front out so much that it actually looked like I was balding. My hair is now unstylable and uneven everywhere. I used to have nice thick wavy hair, but now it’s just spiky and unmanageable. I felt robbed. If I could give zero stars, I would. No one should ever leave a barbershop feeling this unconfident after spending $75. Beware.

Yavengy Cut my hair very good he even used razor to texture and then later on I noticed that I wanted to kind of just taper up the back and the sides a little more so after work, I stopped back and spoke with the owner Jorge and he took very good care of me and he shaped it right up the way I like it! This is the best haircut that I found in Florida in 20 years. I will come back to this place again and again because of their customer service and the way that they handled things so professionally and nice with me!

Best haircut I’ve had in years, hands down. Walked into Best Barber Shop in Hallandale, David took care of me like I was his only customer all day. He has serious skills. He actually listened, asked the right questions, and nailed it. On top of the cut being fire, the vibe in there is chill, no rush. He even threw in a hot towel and cleanup on the neck and around the ears—little details that make a huge difference. Felt like a million bucks walking out. If you’re anywhere near Hallandale and want a barber who actually cares about doing it right, go see David at Best Barber Shop. You won’t be disappointed. Easily the best service I’ve ever had at a barbershop. 10/10, booking my next one very soon.

Booked a shape up with one barber, he called in sick which is fine. Was offered a different barber, who unbeknownst to me, doesn’t speak English and couldn’t understand what I mean when I kept saying, “just clean up the low part of the sides, please no high taper”. Ended up with something completely different than what I asked for, then I got charged for a full haircut. Was too frustrated to even argue so I paid twice the price to be given the teenage boy broccoli haircut I specifically said I didn’t want.

After Rita blessed be up yet again, I was able to raise my confidence up with the new look. The hair wash at the end is great, even has a massage when you sit on it.

I’ve been coming to Best Barbershop since 2019 after trying what felt like every barber in Broward and Miami. I have a difficult head shape and get a haircut almost every 3 weeks, so finding someone consistent has always been a challenge. Meeting Rafael changed that completely. He’s genuinely a master of his craft, young, skilled, and very aware of modern styles. What I appreciate most is his consistency and attention to detail: he remembers exactly how I like my cut and delivers a clean, precise result every time. The shop has a friendly, clean environment with a solid ambiance, and the whole team keeps the space welcoming. After years of trial and error across South Florida, this barbershop has been the most reliable experience by far.
