TrueBorn is the best barber shop in town. Big 6 gave me a great haircut but the shave was absolutely the best I ever received.

I had the pleasure of getting a cut by Archelaus “Big 6”. I went in expecting to get a decent cut based off the positive reviews but wasn’t prepared for the level of class and care that Big 6 provided. It almost felt like a spa day, he was very thorough in his work and most importantly very personable. Definitely give this shop and Big 6 a try!

I went into TrueBorn Barbershop a bit nervous. I'm in SoFlo for a month long hiatus from the freezeing temps in nyc. Got a ✂️ 💇‍♂️ from "Big 6" ... put aside the fact that he is immaculate at his craft... you can also within minutes of sitting down tell that he loves to cut hair and it's not just a job for him... energy was great, 6 was extremely accommodating, entire staff was pleasant. I now finally feel confident to leave nyc and come to florida for more then 2 weeks without getting anxiety about my hair growing out. Big Thank You to 6 and the entire staff at TrueBorn... I will absolutely be back. Would recommend anybody looking for a new barber @ a spot with amazing aura a shot...they are precise and pay close attention to detail... you won't be disappointed...

Big 6 is my go to. He truly crews about his work and goes out of his way to make sure you’re happy with your cut. I’ve followed him to 3 different shops, and he’s an awesome person to boot! Give him a shot and I promise you’ll be back to see him again.

Very satisfied experience in True born. My fist time there and will return. Big six is excellent and great customer service seems important here. Highly recommended studio. Keep it up guys !

Big Six gave me the best fade I’ve ever had. He’s super thorough, nice, and a really friendly guy. You'll always want to keep coming back to Big Six after getting one of his haircuts!

I've been coming to True Born since they opened. Anthony is a fantastic barber - he listens and advises, and always provides the perfect cut. I've also had both of my sons come for hair cuts over the years. I'd never felt more comfortable and confident with my barber. 6 stars!

I have been going to Ruby since I moved to Ft Lauderdale and East Broward. She hands down gives the best haircuts. She is fast and meticulous. She is friendly and affordable. She just gives the best service! I would recommend anyone needing a haircut to go to her. She is also the co-owner and founder of this local establishment. We should all support our locally owned businesses...especially when they are female and monitory owned!
