The place was great, loaded with professional barbers, all very busy and doing a great job. Got call to a chair within minutes of my arrival. I had Mickey, and he was awesome.

I’ve been taking my boys here for 5 years. Always an amazing experience. I love the atmosphere and the music. Everyone is always professional and nice. Angie and Martha are wonderful!!! I love their quality of work for my boys!! Everyone there is great!!! This is the place to go!!!

Very bad service from the cashier on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Hostile service. Today, Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 11:40 a.m., my son and I went to my appointment. The woman who scheduled my appointment changed the person I was supposed to see without prior notice. Instead of correcting her mistake, she chose to ignore me and tell me that I was the one who made the mistake. If they continue like this, they will lose their customers.

Just to let everyone know, this is about the lady at the front desk not the barber. The barber that gave me my haircut was professional, friendly, and did a great job. HOWEVER, the lady at the front desk needs to work on her customer service skills! It was only my SECOND time to this Carl's and I DID NOT KNOW CERTAIN THINGS ABOUT PAYING FOR MY CUT!!!! Her attitude towards us, let's just say, lacked TACK!!! We wanted a RECEIPT for payment. She said, "we should have told her before the transaction". WE had NO IDEA that was the procedure. FIRSTLY, there was NO posted notice that credit cards had a service fee. Which was no problem, as I had cash to pay. Secondly, we had NO knowledge of that fact we had to tell her "BEFORE" she rang up a haircut!!!! Very disappointing.

My favorite barbershop in South Florida! The vibes are great, music is on point, sick t-shirts to rep, and everyone gives a great haircut. But whenever I can, I go to Martha, she’s the GOAT!

I have had the opportunity to meet Angie Chacon (Chair 11 )at the barbershop. She has been cutting my hair and my youngest son David for over 2 years. Angie does a meticulous job cutting hair. You will be very satisfied with everything, from start to finish. She is a very nice person and it has been a very nice experience. Apart from the fact that Angie is very empathetic, I recommend her 100%.

I have been bringing my son here for haircuts, and the barbers usually do a great job. However, I had a disappointing experience on a recent visit. I arrived at 3:30 pm on a Sunday, well before their 4:00 pm closing time, but was met with rude behavior from the woman working there. She immediately asked if we were only getting one haircut and insisted we pay before the service was provided. When I mentioned that we were aware of their closing time and came in with sufficient time for a haircut, she accused me of having an attitude—in front of my children. When I asked to speak with the manager or owner, she claimed to be the owner. This unprofessional and disrespectful treatment was unacceptable. I would caution families with kids about visiting this establishment, especially close to closing time. I’ll think twice before returning.
