Master Cuts is an outstanding barbershop. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and you can immediately tell they take real pride in their craft. Their knowledge and attention to detail are impressive, and the level of care they show makes the whole experience feel premium. From consultation to the final result, everything is done with skill and professionalism. Highly recommended!

This was my first time at the shop and I wish I had started going when they opened 3 years ago. Beautiful shop with a warm and welcoming staff. I had seen a picture of the haircut I wanted but couldn't find it again on my phone. The ladies at the front spent at least 20 minutes trying to find a picture for me. We finally found it and they set me up with Eric. I explained to him what I wanted and he did a great job on my hair. Very meticulous and great attention to detail. Before he did anything he asked me if it was okay. I was offered a variety of beverages and had a nice cup of coffee. Couldn't be happier with this shop and definitely returning!

Sam is the man. Master Cuts was the first barbershop I tried after moving to Bay Harbor, and they were so good I’ve been a regular ever since. Sam (the owner) is friendly, meticulous, and delivers a clean, precise cut every time. Great vibes, great service — highly recommend.

My husband and son get their haircuts here, at Master Cuts Barber Shop! All the barbers are amazing – fast, professional, and really skilled at creating great haircuts. The service is high level, and the atmosphere is welcoming. We had been searching for a good barbershop for a long time, and finally found the perfect one here in Bal Harbour. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to Master Cuts for over a year now, and Alex is hands down one of the best barbers I’ve ever had. He consistently delivers top-notch haircuts and full beard care with great attention to detail. What I appreciate most is that he truly listens to what the client wants and makes sure you leave looking and feeling your best every time. As someone in my 40s dealing with thinning hair, I was looking for a barber who could give me a modern cut that would work with my hairline rather than against it. The team at Master Cuts delivered exactly what I needed. They gave me a fantastic cut that minimizes the balding and gives me a much more contemporary look. The beard trim was also perfect - they really know what they're doing with precision work. To top it all off, they offered me a complimentary drink during my visit, which was a thoughtful touch that made the experience even better. I left feeling confident and looking sharp. The attention to detail and expertise really shows. I'll definitely be back and would recommend Master Cuts to anyone looking for skilled barbers who understand how to work with different hair types and styling needs.

True GEM! I cut my hair with Sam for over 10 years now (since he was in Brooklyn). When I moved down here and found out he’s here too I was so happy, because barbers like Sam are very hard to find. Another thing I like about his new place- everything is top notch: equipment, chairs, bar, tvs, even the bathroom, lol. One more thing I like about Sam, he is charging fair prices despite the higher end location.

These guys are mensch’s. Treated me like a gentleman and were beyond nice and friendly. Right when I walked in they greeted me and offered drinks and I felt like I was at home with family. I appreciate that effort to make me feel comfortable and Alex was a gentleman. I highly recommend going here for the treatment and great vibes, along with getting an amazing haircut. We've been visiting this shop for about 5 months and have had an excellent cut and experience every time. Alex is professional and friendly. These photos are from our son's cut for upcoming school pictures. We also love that we can walk to and from, as it's just a few blocks from our home.
