After a lifetime of going to Great Clips, I finally got to the point where I thought I deserved something better. Chris Bolton at Banter Barbershop made my first “legit” haircut make me regret not stepping up my game years sooner. This is the cleanest haircut I’ve ever gotten, and as a hat guy, I would feel guilty for having to cover this up from now on. Thank you for the self esteem boost, and the attention to detail. The wife was blown away when I came home.

Bolton did an amazing job when I stopped in for a last minute haircut for a friends wedding. This was my first time in the shop, and also my first time asking for a scissor-cut, and Bolton knocked it out of the park. I’ll definitely be coming back

I had a last second haircut I needed to get done for a wedding as a groomsman. That’s when I got an ad for Banter Barber on facebook and thankfully it was right down the road so I couldn’t hesitate to make my decision. Quickly setup my appointment which takes less than 10 minutes as long as you know what you are wanting to get done. This is also how I ended up getting connected with my boy Bolton with a rich personality and an incredible backstory as to how he wounded up in the barber business in the first place. The haircut, beard trim, and eyebrow trim took maybe 25-35 minutes and he did such an incredible job that I couldn’t stop hearing about it at the wedding. Bolton is most certainly a lifesaver and an artist as a barber and I can assure you will NOT be dissatisfied or disappointed with your experience at Banter Barber especially with Bolton.

Book with Bolton! An absolute legend! Very skilled barber and great guy all around. I got the VIP service with hot towels and beard sculpting. Great experience. I’ve found my new barber.

Got a cut from Chris Bolton and he did a great job! I brought reference photos and he did a thorough consultation. He was knowledgeable about cutting asian hair and explained the process to me. I highly recommend him!

Chris delivers excellent men's haircuts with precision and skill. New to Denver but clearly experienced - he takes his time to get the cut just right and really listens to what you want. Clean cuts, great attention to detail. Denver's lucky to have him as a great addition to the barber scene!

First time in and I'm hooked! Great spot right off Sloan's lake in the heart of Denver. Chris Bolton was my barber and now he's going to be my barber going forward! His philosophy on how he does his work is really respectable and the outcomes definitely reflect that, I'm picky about my curly hair and he nailed it first try! Had a great experience and will definitely be coming back from here on out, was on the hunt for another barber and really happy I found him! Overall great shop and great experience. Thanks Chris!

Chris, Did an excellent job giving my son a fade for his football pictures! I love that he reaches out to the community! 10/10 my son loves his cut and you can see a boost in his confidence! We will definitely be back to see him again!
